some of the numbers printed on the pieces might have been better situated so could see them (they didn't print on the rough wood edges) and one or two incorrect pieces but all worked out and kids love it!!
Product very well made. I had a bit of trouble with delivery but this was because of Melbournes lockdown COVID. I can’t wait to put it up.
Overall we are happy with our purchase. We bought this for our very active 3 year old and he loves it. The only thing I have any complaints about is the zipper on the net has already broken. It looks like it was a defective zipper.

Ordered teepee on 6 August. Shipped on 7 August. Today is 22 August, still waiting on delivery of a box. Customer service is terrible. I have sent 3 emails, only received an automated response back saying they have turned their phone lines off to protect their staff from complaints. Delivery company directs you to the sender for details regarding delivery which is not helpful as they are not responding. Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere

My son loves his trampoline and I feel confident he will be safe using it. Was delivered in a fair timeframe, however the tracking system could be better. For example, Plum's website indicate that the order is 'complete' but this just means it has left their hands...(in the meantime, I'm thinking I've missed the delivery and someone has nicked it from my doorstep - would recommend 'shipped' rather than 'complete'.) Then there wasn't anything like texts / emails from the freight company to say when it may arrive. But it did, and it is fabulous ... and if I can put it together successfully, anyone can!
The sandpit was easy to assemble and the integrated seats make it easier for multiple children to play. Quality seems ok but it’s only been working for a month
Quick easy service and the customer service was fantastic as well
So disappointed with our Plum mud kitchen. We previously purchased the picnic table and large sand pit which were fairly easy to assemble (sand pit required some re drilling of holes). There is a review by Mark that he would rather be water boarded which describes our exact experience and the result is a wonky kitchen where nothing aligns, the planter box doesn't fit and my husband doesn't want it kept in the yard because he's embarrassed someone will think he made it. It was such a big purchase for us and I'm so disappointed.
In short, service was appalling
Wrong goods received - Plum notified
Then replacements were sent, but only 1 of 3 arrived - Plum notified
Finally, missing 2 replacements received
Goods with your own part numbers should not be this difficult.

We purchased a Tamarin swing set 3 years ago....worst decision ever. The quality of the parts is terrible to say the least and the thing was a nightmare to assemble. It has weathered so badly and started cracking, which we were told was ‘normal.’ I’m not happy with bits of the platform and stairs and the wood which holds the slide completely splitting in half, that’s ridiculous. All we were told they could do was give a 15% discount on a new swing set...AS IF. I will never buy a plum product again and will also be telling our friends and family not to trust this brand.

Twice previously I have been condemned to assembling Plum products, following which I tried to ban my wife from ordering any more. The main issue with the earlier products was the lack of drill holes to line up where parts are meant to connect and to assist in screwing the parts together. Plum seems to be unique in flat pack furniture/toys by not pre-drilling all timber and therefore requiring the buyer to use handyman skills to determine where things are to be connected to produce a finished product that is properly aligned and square. That alone is tricky enough on a product of any reasonable size, but hand-screwing into undrilled wood makes it even harder, slower and more painful.
Despite, or perhaps as a result of, seeing me swear, kick and curse the previous products we purchased, my wife determined to buy our toddler a much larger and more convoluted product: the Mud Kitchen. It was delivered promptly after ordering in July and thereafter sat on our study floor until January, as I knew assembling it would be awful and if I wanted to ruin a wintry weekend I could much more comfortably watch Port play.
There are 30 pages of instructions. There are 184 screws to be fastened. The instruction guide claims that assembly should take 2.5 hours / 150 minutes. Amazingly, as at the time of writing Plum’s website claims it should only take 2 hours. Only the most deluded fantasist would think it was possible to complete that many connections and individual steps within 2-2.5 hours and produce a properly aligned end product when the onus is on the buyer to measure and set out the various connection points. As I write, I have devoted about 1.5 days to assembling the stupid thing and have succeeded in erecting about two-thirds of the frame and a couple of standalone features, like the wooden box. There is probably another day of work remaining. I suppose far fewer units would be sold if Plum advertised a more accurate estimate of 2 days’ assembly rather than its ludicrous claim of 2 hours.
Admittedly I am not the handiest person out there, but I am not a complete novice. I am probably on par with most other parents who maintain their home but do not have a background in trades. As it is a two-person assembly, I enlisted my father, who is more of a handyman. Among other things, he installed a kitchen in his house in a day. Yes, we could have built my son an actual kitchen in less time than it has taken to part-build a play kitchen.
Everything that was required to assemble the Mud Kitchen was helpfully provided in the box, except for the following items: screwdriver, tape measure, clamps, spirit level, tri-square, handsaw, circular saw, drill, replacement drill bit for the one that snapped off in one of the few pieces of timber that was not flimsy, chisel, hammer, proper timber screws in place of the junk screws provided, your own wood to bolster some of the flimsy and split timber provided by Plum, a Cert III in carpentry or, alternatively, an amended AS4000 construct-only contract on which to engage a professional builder to complete the project, an ice pack for your wrist, a month of physiotherapy, and a Tinder account to help you find your next wife.
The main issues with the Mud Kitchen are these:
• Lack of drill holes. There is some pre-drilling, but only ever for one of two connecting parts. The other part has nothing at all to assist you in ensuring the frame will align properly, and without a drill you are left to hand-screw into undrilled timber. Expect a very sore wrist – especially if you try to screw into the timber that was so hard it snapped my drill bit.
• The use of curved half-logs that are not flat on the inside face, meaning that the struts being attached to them cannot sit flush unless, as we eventually decided to do, you re-cut the timber provided and chisel away the face of the curved logs to make things more square and even.
• The use of angled edges that are thin and, because they have drill holes through the angle, split easily and frequently – we are currently up to 9 splits.
• Small screws being used in key connection points, made worse by the fact they invariably are inserted on an angle such that not all of the screw can actually penetrate the connecting piece without splitting the top piece.
• The timber provided is not precise in width, meaning that the heights of adjacent structures that are meant to line up are misaligned. Measuring and setting out in accordance with the instructions will simply result in disassembly, re-measuring in line with actual corresponding/connecting components, and re-assembly. As at the time of writing, only the cross-shelf insert has been made without the need to disassemble and re-assemble at least once.
• The above obstacles need to be overcome to a high standard, because unfortunately with this product small discrepancies in one part seem to have significant consequences for others. Good luck getting the long, wide and rounded timber post exactly 189mm away from the adjacent post and not 190 or 188mm away.
In order to shore up the structure, we have had to install 5 struts from of our own thicker/stronger timber to help hold together the 11 Plum-provided planks assembled so far. Whilst that will improve once the frame is fully assembled and square, it is astonishing that nearly every second component provided by Plum has needed to be bolstered by our own work around – not only to ensure that the structure is square, but to ensure it is safe and will not come apart when in use.
In short, this product is more trouble than it is worth, and given the price tag attached to it, that is saying something. Other Plum products have been trouble, but have been well used and arguably were worth the hassle, even though competitor products could also be well used and present no trouble. However, this specific product is particularly gruesome and should be avoided.

Recently purchased a double swing and slide which was a big investment for us. Delivery was quick - although it came in two lots as a piece was missing. The kids love the glide nest more than i would have imagined. Hubby did swear a lot at the lack of detailed assembly instructions and we had to use some screws left over from building the deck rather than the ones provided as they were incorrect. (so probably wouldn't attempt assembly unless you are a bit handy)
Product did not arrive on time as promised. Had to make other arrangements for present. You may need to change your delivery options. Took over 10 days for product to arrive. I can order from the US and have item arrive sooner.
Had no problems placing the order and the product is what was advertised. My only concern as it was the first time I’ve done an eBay order was the freight company that was used by plumplay. I new after the order was done that it would not come to my house and living in a rural area, goods can be dropped off in any number of places. However I couldn’t get onto the freight company at all and initially I couldn’t get through to plumplay as I had no issue only a concern of where my product would be delivered. In the end I managed to navigate plumplay to find a spot where I could write my query and concerns.
Poor communication, ordered a swing on catch.com.au. Was dispatched on the 9th July, hunter express has no record of the purchase to be delivered. Have tried to contact the seller via email serval times and no response. Very unhappy with the service & I would just like my purchase delivered.

Beyond poor communication and delivery provider even worse.
I had room for one swing in the backyard - needed for my seven grandkids from 6 months to 12 years - and the nest swing covers all ages. Taking up to 100ks they pile on en masse or the little ones lie down solo looking up at the sky. They all love it. but of course there's always a problem - I have to keep yelling at them to turn down their squeals of fun!
