I bought a sandpit, 2 days later was on sale. I emailed to see if you could have price matched and unfortunately rachel was hopeless and didn't have the decency to reply to my last message. If i was able to return it for a refund so i could re purchase i would have. The extra money i could have saved would of went towards buying the sand.

Great item was delivered in a few days - blue thing was the extra item we wanted to add was not available otherwise a pleasant experience

Pretty good.... easy to put together - looks great and the cover is an awesome fit.

My swing set got delivered at my house when i was not even home. They left it infront of my house unattended. No message or email letting me know it was there. Plus it was raining that day and my boxes had water damage. The code numbers and letters on the wood peices have been faded and was really difficult for my husband to put it together. Also was missing a bolt to attach on the screw. Not impressed at all with the money that we paid.

Luckily my husband is a carpenter so we were able to drill new holes so our activity play table could be put together.
Many of the holes were not pre-drilled making it impossible to be put together without power tools. Some of the holes that were pre-drilled did not line up so new holes needed to be drilled. Very disappointing quality.

Hi - the positive was the fast delivery and the apparently good quality of the wood. Unfortunately this is largely outweighed by the catastrophically poor quality of the instructions, and several defects (item D1949) and discrepancies between the docs online and the paper version.Items marking were unclear, tools to be used and to use were unclear, no video walkthrough. Outcome is after circa 20 hours work two people, it's up but crooked and wood is cracked in several sections. Can't hand on my heart recommend.

Loved putting together this trampoline for my 20 month old son who is just learning to jump. It's a great size for our smaller front courtyard area and we feel very happy that he's safe bouncing around in the enclosure. It was easy enough to put together myself in about 1.5 - 2 hrs - some of the instructions lack detail, however I got there eventually.

Great product which was straightforward to assemble. Purchased the 7 foot and has been excellent for 3yo. Trampoline remained in place outside despite the cyclonic winds we’ve had recently.

Such a fabulous, sturdy, unique size and is absolutely perfect for our 4 year old ❤️

I purchased the nature discovery tree house from a plum okay distributor. It took around 6 months to arrive after being told it would only take 4 weeks, now I wouldn’t have care about the extra wait IF it was actually a quality item when it arrived. So first of all it arrived with half of the parts missing and the assembly manual for the mud pie kitchen..... most of the wood was warped and didn’t fit together, I had to call my father to help assemble it and he’s a qualified carpenter and even he said it was the most atrocious quality product he had ever seen. A lot of the wood had big deep splits in it, approx 2-3cm wide and 3-4cm deep. When I emailed the store about it I got a ridiculous reply saying how wood does that, no effing duh it does, if it’s low quality 🤦🏼‍♀️ I have it for maybe 7 or 8 months now and the wood is just splitting and falling apart. It’s no longer safe for my child to play on, they definitely aren’t created to withstand the Australian climate. Won’t be purchasing from this brand and I will be posting a more in-depth review of this product on my Instagram page to over 1.2mil followers so keep an eye out for that x

A good product. Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt. All parts fit well and work well. Our only problem was the absence of written instructions. At times, the diagrams were ambiguous. Overall, very pleased.

Great quality and just the right height for my 2.5 year old.

Water table was perfect and arrived on time.

It took ages to arrive, I even thought it would be a scam.
I had to call sooo many times and when I was about to cancel it, I finally received attention from your head office.
The product came with huge cracks in the timba, it was horrible!!!
The manual is really poor, my husband and I took 8 hours to build it.
It would be a lot easier if the parts were named, we ended up measuring the screws to separate them.
We went to Bunnings and bought a special glue for wood, so we could fill the huge cracks, as we were very worried about the safety of this playground.
I am disappointed and very upset.
I won't recommend it to nobody!!!

So durable, easy to follow assembley instructions. Kids loves it!!

I’m sure it’s a great climbing frame. If you can complete the assembly.
It just doesn’t come with long enough bolts. I’ve been fighting with it for 3 days and have finally conceded that the bolts will never meet between 6 poles and the rubber thing, so I’ll have to go source longer ones from the hardware store.
The pictured instructions are good for the first few steps but then it all goes array and you can’t be sure whether you’re putting the bolts or beams the right way up. And trying to hold all the white sticker poles and getting six other poles to meet up at the top is an actual torturous nightmare. Made worse by anxious excited kids eagerly waiting for you to finish.
I would definitely advise getting an expert to erect this.
