Love this company! I’ve bought a few things from them and they are perfect for the kids. Great products. Fast delivery. Exceptional!

We bought a slide/swing set for our daughters. Our eldest loves it. It is great to see her build her confidence on the ladder and learn to use the swing (she is 2.5yrs old). It is also amazing to see her imagination come to life in the cubby. I am looking forward to watching her play evolve as she gets older and how our youngest will start to play on it further (1 yr old - currently loves her swing). This playset will be with us for years, great solid build.

Communication with the company has been great, they are quick to respond and the customer service is top notch. I love how proactive they are!

The water/sand pits are not very sturdy, I expected better quality.

I decided to purchase the Plum climbing dome after researching climbing domes and reading that some of the cheaper plastic ones have joining caps that come off quite easily, rendering the dome useless. As the Plum one was metal and was bolted together, I felt it would last much longer, especially outside. We've only had it for a couple of months, but it is as good as the day it was put together. It takes a bit of concentration to put it together, but the letter identification of parts does help. Very happy with it so far.

The plum toddler play ground is crap... So many problems split wood before even putting it together and the parts not labelled or labelled correctly had to basically just read the pictures...
Each piece of wood is separate I thought it was going to be like a flat pack like parts where assembled and then you just had to put them together but nope actually built the whole thing from scratch... should have just gone to hardware and design and built it myself would have been cheaper also..

For the amount of money you pay totally not worth it... Will not recommend this product to anyone at all. But please note if you do get this product it's more for an inclosed area or I suggest paint it up...

Spent over $1500.00 on a swing set that in less than 3 years have had to replace the climbing ladder (timber pieces snapped in half with zero evidence of rot or cause). Glide swing rusted through eyelet holes rendering the swing incapable of being used or repaired, cross beam of swing set snapped and rotted. All of the above occurred in less than 3 years of purchase despite following all provided advice and instructions regarding storage of pieces, treatment and care of wood.

Plum play replaced the climbing ladder after lengthy discussion and complaining that I found their option to not replace after 12 months use was not reasonable.

Swing set I was told there is nothing they can do to help me, as this was also their response in regards to the timber beam.

Would not recommend purchasing their products or dealing with their customer service team as despite uploading all evidence they requested all processes listed took months to resolve or gain a response from. Including an still awaiting a response in regards to the swing despite lodging all documents and beginning this process over 12 weeks ago.

Easy to order, product great quality, and instructions easy to follow.

My little one loves climbing up and down on the frame, and it can hold a good gaggle of kids all at once very safely.

I recently bought a mud pie kitchen for my nieces and they absolutely love it! It's perfect for our little outdoor area. Highly recommend this product, and I will definitely think of Plum Play when it comes to the next purchase for the kids.

Our kids LOVE the Phobos metal dome. We bought it for our youngest son's 2nd birthday, knowing it would be big enough for his older brothers to use and something he could grow into. All three boys, aged 2, 6 and 8 will happily play on it and it is sturdy enough for us adults to climb up when needed. It can be easily moved around the yard as needed to prevent the grass dying too much in any one spot.
As others have said - it is a little like putting a jigsaw together, not necessarily hard but quite time consuming and you have to make sure you concentrate.

This is a follow up. We ordered 3 items on 1/02/23 from the worst company ever and not only there were issues with what was delivered (they initially delivered only 2 of the items we ordered), but after a very lenghty and extremely painful back and forth trying to explain the problem to their non-existent customer service, the third item which we ordered (top rim section metal 14 FT) was finally delivered only after we threatened to report them to fair trading. However, the third item delivered (which was supposed to be top rim section metal 14 FT) was the wrong size. They actually delivered a much longer size than the 14 FT we ordered, which completely distorts the shape of our trampoline. We are clearly so over this useless company that we have not even bothered contacting them because we know exactly what is going to happen. They are going to find more excuses for their absolute incompetence.

Ordered the Marmoset Wooden Swing Set and 11 weeks later we are still awaiting refund for a missing piece. Ordered this as a Christmas present for our children. Worst delivery tracking and our missing piece (main timber beam) didn’t show up so had to purchase ourselves. Terrible quality timber that looks like it’ll last another 11 weeks then it’ll be had it. Waste of money! Really not impressed! Do not order plum play swing sets!!!

Ordered a month before Christmas. 6 out of 7 packages arrived (in 2 deliveries). Emails unanswered, calls left on hold & unable to message through Facebook. Still yet to receive the package (23-1-23) climbing cube came from Santa so hard to explain why he hadn’t delivered the whole package & we’re still unable to construct it.

I ordered a climbing frame in November for my son for Christmas. A week out from Christmas I still hadn’t received it. I looked on the Plum website and they were blaming the shipping company for the late deliveries. I received one package of two on the 23/12. I spoke to the shipping company who said they’d only received one package. I kept trying to contact Plum who said they were open on their website but whenever I called the phone message would say they were closed for Christmas. I sent multiple emails- no reply. I tried contacting them after the Christmas period- no reply.
I finally put in a complaint with PayPal to get my money back and within the hour I had a response from plum saying they’ll ship my second package that day.
So I recommend contacting PayPal if that was your method of payment and you haven’t received your order!

Dodgy company!

Placed an order late December. No tracking number, or information regarding the order has been provided. Reached out to customer service who simply states "your order is refunded". No reasoning, no contact, no information whatsoever.

Christmas climbing frame still hasn’t arrived and it’s the end of January.

Uncontactable and no tracking number even given.

Worst experience ever. We got a slide delivered and it had a massive crack in it. Have sent so many emails and also messages on Facebook but have heard nothing back. There are a lot of angry customers. Don’t waste your time or money with this company 😡
