Build Plumb Plastics Limited Anmeldelser

Shaun is amazing. Patient, helpful and fast. He steps in whenever and wherever possible to help. He had no problem to contact our guy on site to discuss possible alternatives as what we needed wasn't available immediately. Ask for Shaun in particular. Thank you BP for hiring people with amazing experience and wonderful attitude.

Wonderful outfit is Dave,s verdict. Good advice from Shaun . and their delivery dept has all the info you need . In this day and age comms are vital ,and BP are ace. Thanks very much Best Regards

A pleasure doing business with Shaun and the company. Thank you :)

We have used BP Plastics many times.
Part of the last order wasn't delivered (Delivery company!?*&!) After waiting some time, spoke to Shaun in the office who re-ordered and it was here next day. Thank you so much for sorting this out.

Excellent! I had an order on with another company for for over 4-weeks. It was for 60 No. Attenuation Crates. After constantly being fobbed off by Sky Plastics, I telephoned Shaun Neal at BP Plastics. It was 13:00, they had the stock and got me 5 x pallets out on a next day carrier. Brilliant service and very accommodating. Thank you.

Very poor experience, wish I came here to read the reviews first.

I have used BP Plastics several times in the last few months. Shaun NEAL knows his drainage, he keeps you well informed, is helpful and where issues arise (my fault!) he is flexible and delivers excellent customer service at the point it really matters. Good company, great prices and EXCELLENT staff! Highly recommended. +++++

Perfect service, couldn't fault from start to finish!

Mick Tucker who dealt with my order made the transaction/delivery very simple and will definitely be using again in the future.

Mick supported us through our planning and buying process for retrofit wet underfloor heating for an open plan area 75mtr sq. He was patient helpful and attentive from beginning to end. The product was delivered according to our needs including a last minute change necessary when easyJet cancelled our flights home! Highly recommended for both service and product offering.

Really excellent company to deal with, super efficient and helpful when I ordered (my mistake) the wrong product. Mick replied really quickly to all my emails and sent through everything I needed to sort out my issue. Much obliged.

The whole team are helpful and willing to go that extra mile to help out with our requests. They do all they can to help push through deliveries and Mick in particular has always provided an excellent service.

Mick has been very helpful and I am very pleased with the service I received. Thanks once again for all your help Mick.

I have been dealing with BP Plastics for a period of time now and find that the sales team, and in particular, Mick Tucker, have been able to advise and supply my goods as required in the time frame required. BP Plastics are now my "go to" supplier for good service an great rates

Professional service
Thanks to Mick Tucker for sourcing non stock items.

Derek Saunders Builders Ltd

I have recently ordered plastic drainage products from BP plastics and been very impressed with this company. Mick Tucker and his colleagues have been extremely efficient and pleasant to deal with. Prices are favourably competitive with other building supply merchants. Deliveries are prompt and the delivery drivers are respectful of property boundaries, both ours and our neighbours. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Great service and website. Best of all phone contact available direct to staff with technical expertise. Shaun was able to understand site issues and contribute to solving problems. Without this service the order would of gone elsewhere! Thank you.

Shaun was very helpful, Professional and efficient, would definitely recommend B P Plastics.
Thank you Shaun

Shaun was very helpfull and made ordering a pleasure.

Asked a question via the web site @ 21.30. Got a reply from Shaun by 07.30 the next day. Wasn't expecting such a prompt reply. But all questions answered enabling me to move forward with my project

Shaun was extremely helpful & efficient and anticipated my requirements without needing to even ask.
