Build Plumb Plastics Limited Anmeldelser

Shaun Neal was the expert I needed. Helpful, knowledgeable, proactive. But there was another thing which really made him special: He grasped the unique nature of the project we are carrying out, and then was really insightful with his suggestions of how BP Plastics could solve my many problems. He has a charming manner, and he does what he says he will. I was so impressed.

Shaun went the extra mile and made ordering exceptionally easy
Even though some of the fittings were not in stock he sourced them from other suppliers to make it easy for me to place the one order
10 out of 10 for a great service
Many thanks Dave Bradbury

Thanks to Shaun for his help with our order. Dealt with questions quickly and in a polite and friendly way.

Mick Tucker was brilliant from start to finish, wish everyone in trade was like this!

Ordered several lengths of 6m x 110mm drainage pipe at an excellent price, delivery was received within two days by Tufnells who were also excellent. No damage to the pipes either. This comes after I had previously ordered the same items from Sky Plastics in September, after waiting months and countless excuses then finally having to contact PayPal to get my money back as the pipes were not delivered. Sky Plastics stated that they no longer sell individual 6m lengths of this pipe as the couriers kept damaging them. Well maybe you should try using Tufnells!

Great price; excellent service and information.

Can’t praise Mick Tucker enough, he went above and beyond to ensure our order was expedited in a very timely manner. Very happy to recommend this company and its staff highly enough. I will definitely be a regular customer based on my experience.

Excellent customer service from start to finish.
Even down to a quick call to thank us for the order and make sure if there was anything they could help with.
Delivery company messed up but Mick at BPP resolved speedily and professionally.

Thank you for the great service +++++

Fast, knowledgeable and friendly service from Shaun. Quick delivery and quick and efficient resolution of any problems.

We needed a fitting that we could not find on BPP website, so we made a call and spoke to Will.
Will was fairly sure that they could help and so spoke to Tom (Warehouse manager) who said that they could supply the parts to make our fitting up.
We ordered the parts there & then via their website on the Tuesday afternoon and they were delivered to our office the very next day by 11.00am!
Not only that, but Tom had actually pre-assembled the fitting for us saving some head-scratching on site!
First time we have used BP Plastics, but certainly will not be the last.
Well done guys!!

I have recently used BP Plastics to provide me with a duct and duct pull pit products. Mick Tucker assisted me and his advice and service was excellent.
