Do Not Use! Total Scam
Ran a successful campaign, got 10K streams so I thought they were legit. Next campaign for 25K for whole album-they botted 60K streams and Spotify removed THE WHOLE ALBUM….and my other campaign I paid 100 for never even ran. Responses are copy/paste and not from real people who care, and just offer another “service” for free that never happens. I asked for a refund and guess what? Never heard back. Please do not give these people any of your money, trust me…I’m STILL dealing with the consequences of my own bad decision!

This was a reliable service last year and then something happened. I invested in a higher tier and there has been no results when it was once a more effective tool. They lost track of the links because of a faulty website. When I reached out, they have told me they were having technical difficulty for two weeks. I’m about to drop them. Buyer beware.
Update: got an artificial stream flag for the first time. Do not use.

Einmal und nie wieder
Ich würde Pitch-us auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen. Ich habe mehrere Kampagnen gestartet und Alle meine Songs wurdenvon Spotify runtergenommen und mein Vertriebsaccount wurde eingefroren. Auf diesem kann ich jetzt keine Songs mehr veröffentlichen und musste mir einen neuen suchen. Ich musste eine Strafe zahlen, an der ich jetzt noch zu zahlen habe. Es wurde ein Bot entdeckt und mir zu Last gelegt, ich würde illegalen Stream produzieren. Von Pitch-Us kam keine Entschädigung, außer dass sie meine letzte Kampagne zurückgenommen haben. Auch in der Pitch-Us-Playlist wurde ein Bot detektiert. Also für mich ist das keine seriöse Plattform, die damit wirbt, dass sie deinen Song an echte Menschen schickt und diese damit Streams produzieren. Der Support war freundlich und hat immer geantwortet, aber eine Entschädigung habe ich nicht erhalten und auch keine Erklärung. Für mich ist das keine seriöse Plattform.

10000 streams or your money back? Well where's my money then. 1st of February I paid for my campaign 11th of February I had 1378 streams not even a third of what I was expecting. I emailed and 4 days later I was told apologies your campaign actually hasn't started wait 48 to 72 hours to see results, 4 days later where's the results? I have emailed again no response and to be honest it's not on, 50 dollars later and no results to show for it. Awfully disappointed with my experience and quite frankly angry if not resolved I will be letting other artists know not to use pitch us I will be posting it out to a creative network of 200 artists and to my 4000 followers on instagram.
I have links to numerous press/industry related companies and will also be in contact with them should this not be resolved promptly.
Edit: got an email saying they have started ot numbers rose to 8.5k streams then woke up and they had all been removed so clearly bots been messed around from start to finish
Edit: got another email saying it's been delayed and they will start it now 2 months late they "started it" song got removed due to bot streams completely fu***d me over absolutely disgusting company hard work completely wasted never again
But apparently they don't do that which is A lie asked me to email them but take nearly a month to respond in what world is that acceptable

Paid for 50,000, it's been two weeks and nothing. Got a teaser promo for 5,000 and still nothing. I have emailed multiple times and want a refund but they are not responding. The disclosure that they are using TP incorrectly makes more sense now. I want my refunds and will not be doing business with them again. It seems the only way to get them to respond is to front them out from what I can tell.

They lied straight to my face multiple times saying they run ads to trigger the algorithm and that they don’t use artificial streaming methods. They have their own personal ads saying they pitch you to playlist curators which they DO NOT. After many emails they assured me they don’t run bots but of course, a few weeks later my song is flagged by my distributor and my streams were removed. I have two active campaigns with them currently and they’ve went completely ghost after asking for a cancellation and refund. Horrible company.

Used them for 2 songs, both songs got pulled from Spotify. So avoid they use bots , you lose your money but more importantly you lose your songs
