Spotify removed our album
Just a post to remind folks that we used Pitch-Us.com to promote our album Thieves In The Breadline and it was removed from Spotify for artificial streams though promising not to. We had to pay to re-upload our album and have asked Pitch Us for a refund. They continue to go back and forth in emails asking for the same information, stalling, after offering a refund that they have yet to provide and in the last set of emails, claimed they couldn't.
BEWARE of using their service.

FAKE STREAMS (BOTTING)
So i ordered 5k+ Spotify streams and i pretty fast got around 6k streams but then they got removed and i dont even have 1k now. It days 2200 as all time streams but the streams don’t count and don’t show on Spotify, which means they got botted. I’m disappointed.

I gave 2 stars because they did two AWESOME editorial articles on me and my music, but unfortunately when I started using their promotional services I got dinged for artificial streams, not sure how this happened but I had to send an email today to ask them to stop whatever they are doing because I don't want my tracks taken down. It troubles me because they seem to be legit but I guess the proof is in the pudding so to speak :(

Well you did well but spotify has sent me a note saying 10,000 of my streams are fake streams so they has deducted those streams from my royaltys when it states that you don't use fake streams so either start to sue for bad bad press from spotify or change the advert to say that there maybe fake streams included in you company

Pitch-Us is a Game Changer
Pitch-Us was a game changer for me. Not only did it increase my number of streams, it did so in the best possible way, by getting me into Spotify 's Discover Weekly, Radio, and Mix algorithmic playlists. Other services I've used have added me to hardly relevant playlists that generate a few streams here and there. Pitch-Us blew them all out of the water. THIS COMPANY CANNOT GUARANTEE LEGITIMATE ALGORITHMIC STREAMS!!!
All streaming platforms have updated their terms of service to state that ANY third party service promising to add your music to playlists or promising streams for money is NOT allowed & you risk having your music pulled down or being banned from the site!
My Issue:
On my 3rd or 4th campaign Pitch-Us did not reach the promised streams in the promised time period. I noticed this & reached out to inform them that I had been closely monitoring the campaign & that there was an issue. I was given a reply saying that something had gone wrong with their Facebook Ads Manager & that they would extend the campaign. I then noticed afterwards my song was added to one of Pitch-Us's personal playlist called "Rap Kings" which I believe is botted. The playlist has over 47,000 saves, 31 hours of music, & the Pitch Us Profile hosting the playlist has 10 followers. I believe this was done to make up for the missing streams that they promised. Immediately after that a major streaming service reported my streams to my distributor & all of my songs were removed. Pitch-Us has a money back guarantee in which they clearly state: "If we fail to deliver the number of streams you purchased within the delivery period." OR "If your music is unjustly removed from a streaming platform and Pitch-Us is the solitary marketing company you have been utilizing to promote your songs." they will refund your order, but they did not keep their word. When I asked several times to be refunded they ignored the topic as if I hadn't even asked. Pitch-Us's make believe promise of GUARANTEED LEGITIMATE streams that won't get you flagged is over ruled by every streaming platforms terms of service! STAY AWAY!!!
