The lists you put us on are 95% botted and we got one of our songs taken down after it was on Spotify for two years. We notified you in the beginning of placement and you said you would fix it and we never heard back. Do not work with this platform, you will lose all of your investment into your music.

Your music will be removed from Spotify if you use this service (take it from me, someone whose music was just removed from Spotify due to the streams from these playlists being flagged as artificial).
Any company that promises a set number of streams is 100% using bots to get you there. Please don't make the mistake I did using this service, no matter how pretty their branding is.
It took over 6 weeks to get my track playlisted in the first place using this service, which was frustrating. That said, I also noticed each night at the exact same time, almost all my daily "listeners" were listening (this was my first indication that they use bots).
In short, do not trust their website because clearly it is full of misinformation—every stream you get using this service will be from a bot.

Mixed Experience with Pitch-Us – Proceed with Caution
I’ve used Pitch-Us five times now, and I want to be completely transparent about my experience.
When I first signed up, I had a strong suspicion that they were using bots to deliver the advertised “organic” streams. And I was right—they do. That said, I knowingly proceeded because I wanted to give my releases an initial push and hoped that the momentum would lead to organic traction from real listeners. And to be fair, the results were undeniable—for about two months, each release saw a significant spike in streams, giving the impression of serious momentum.
However, there is a catch—and it’s a big one.
Eventually, Spotify and DistroKid flagged my songs. I received notifications that my tracks were being removed due to artificial streaming activity. This has never happened with any of my previous releases, and Pitch-Us is the only streaming service I’ve ever used, so the cause was clear. That alone is enough to make me reconsider using them again.
Would I use their service in the future? Honestly, no. The risks now outweigh the rewards, especially with the dramatic price increase. Their stream boost package used to be somewhat affordable, but now the pricing has jumped from $700 to $2000 USD per song. That’s a hard pass for me.
In summary, if you're aware of the risks and just want short-term traction, the service can deliver. But if you're looking to build a sustainable and legitimate career on platforms like Spotify, I'd advise steering clear.

My first campaign never happened, finally I got a response when I inquired about it and they apologized and said that they would run it again. That never happened either. Another song I used this company for also got taken down for fake streams.

Fraudulent Service – Submitted My Music to Botted Playlists
I ordered a 100k+ organic stream boost from Pitch-us in December, expecting real promotion. Instead, most of the streams were removed, proving they were not organic. When I raised this issue, they offered to submit my track to verified, bot-free Spotify playlists as compensation.
However, it turns out that at least seven of the playlists they placed me on were 100% botted, as confirmed by a human reviewer on artists.tools. This fraudulent promotion put my music at risk, and now even my previous distributor is flagging my tracks due to suspicious streaming data.
I have contacted Pitch-us multiple times for a refund, but they completely ignore my messages. Their lack of professionalism and dishonest practices are unacceptable. If you care about your music career, avoid this company at all costs—they are misleading artists and selling fake promotion that can harm your Spotify profile.

I've worked with pitch us on 3 releases. My latest release got flagged for bots. I emailed them and they responded with a new offer. When I asked for the new offer on a new release they ghosted me. Really disappointed because I loved their services but getting flagged for bots has ruined my progress on spotify....

They honored the new offer, however, one week after the new offer went into effect I received another notification that artificial streams were detected on my new release. Beware

Got screwed over by pitch is I ordered a 10000 stream for Spotify then I was emailed they lost the link and
Then I’ve been flagged on SoundCloud now I can’t release anything. I’m having issues monetizing and I had a successful run my fist four campaigns last year then this campaign I just bought on the 2nd of march still hasn’t started yet I think I’ll take them to court for false advertising sue them on behalf of all the people affected by pitch-us it’s the 21st and still no results. Like many here, I’ve had issues with my latest campaign, 2 x 10k. So far a handful of streams, most likely bots. Sent various emails trying to get an answer and after 2 weeks of silence I get the “due to technical issues” message with the promise the campaigns will restart after the weekend and sweetener offer. Anyway surprise, surprise the campaigns haven’t restarted.
Have since asked for a refund but I’m not holding my breath!!

Warning: This Company Uses Artificial Streams!
Stay away from this fraudulent company! They claim to provide organic streams, but in reality, they rely on artificial methods. I recently promoted a track from my band's EP through their service, only to have the streams and eventually the entire EP removed due to detected fake activity.
Despite their claims, it's clear that they engage in artificial streaming, which can put your music and artist profile at risk. To make matters worse, many of their positive reviews are most likely fake as well. Avoid this company at all costs, they will only cause problems!
