Contacted Max from Pinnaclebanner, ordered a few, they arrived quickly and promptly, and seemed to be be of good quality.
Even to the extent I have ordered another twenty.
Took one point off as banners were folded and not rolled, but have been promised this won’t happen again.
Would recommend.

Nice working with Pinnacle . Good customer service . Optimum turn around time and approachable staff. Nice art work. Value for the price . Banner carefully packed and shipped . Qualities are nice . Keep up good work team. Highly recommend to others.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Couldnt be more happier than what I have received in the post today. Well done to the team!!! 5 stars

From the call back to the advice on what I needed these guys were instant and efficient.
Could not have been more hlepful and the banner which is massive and being used as a stage back drop is brilliant. Within 15 minutes I had my order sorted and confirmed and the banner arrived within 5 days.

This is basically a poor drop shipping operation with a virtual address in the UK, the goods came from Pakistan and were not even correctly printed, and poor quality materials were used.

It also took nearly 2 weeks to arrive when I was told 5 working days, this is not a professional operation it seems to me to be a 1 man operation with no fixed premises address, it's basically 1 guy with a phoneline and a computer somewhere, who has no control over the quality of the products that he is dropshipping and no knowledge of when or how they will arrive.

Poor quality, long wait, this actually came from Pakistan and not from London!

Excellent service from start to finish. We needed five banners in two different designs turned around super fast and Max not only helped with the design but was very easy to contact and super helpful. It doesn’t get much better than this. Thankyou.

I needed 2 banners urgently for my father's birthday party and Max from pinnacle banner was such a great help. He was so patient with all the changes I needed done and the customer service was superb!

I would highly recommend this company.

A very good service. Execution and delivery was extremely quick and at very good value.

I was looking for a banner to add a photo of my friends son who has been a victim to knife crime. With such a sensitive subject I needed the banner to be perfect. What can I say, it came absolutely perfect. I spoke with Max about what I was looking for. The service was excellent. My banner was delivered the next day. Extremely fast. I can’t recommend this company highly enough
Thankyou all

I ordered a banner for my mums retirement party and was very impressed with the service. Having no clue what to order, someone was on hand to guide me through what I would need via their online chat feature and everything was seem less and so easy to do. I had the design within an hour and payment and delivery was fast and efficient, but what I was most impressed about was the quality! Very, VERY pleased!
