Excellent communication, fast and efficient service 👍 thank you!

Great customer service from start to finish! An excellent final product at a great price! Extremely happy with my order!

Excellent service from start to finish. Good quality product, would highly recommend. 1 star deducted because it arrived a day later than expected but i would definitely use this company again

Max was really helpful over the phone and we organised it all on the same day, which was great. When the banners arrived they were on a roll and packaged well. No creasing and quality was great! I shall use in the future. I was worried how they would arrive and turn out as they were so large, but i was pleased! thanks again to Max and the team.

CREASEY BANNERS, no common sense and poor customer service in the end...the only company to FOLD its banners! Disappointing.

It really is a shame as Max and the team were quick and the quality wasn't bad for the price.
HOWEVER, I've never come across a printing/banner company, that FOLDS its banner. When I complained, Max later advised to have the banner rolled-up, I'd have to pay an extra £45. Why wasn't I advised of this in the first place? And what company folds their banners? I specifically told Max that the banner was to be used for photos at an event! I will now be spending the week steaming/ironing the banner.

If you enjoy steaming/ironing/hairdrying at work, then go ahead, feel free to use Pinnacle Banner but if, like me, you prefer COMMON SENSE and like to be truly valued as a customer, please go somewhere else.
What a stressful experience!

Both product and service were excellent - banner exactly to my specification, and customer service very helpful and patient, especially important to me as I am partially sighted so find anything online a challenge,

Great delivery and outstanding work by Max and the team. The banners and the backdrop arrived before my book launch on the 03.03.2023. Will definitely use you guys again 👍🏾 Thank you all 🙌🏾

They are absoluyely amazing, patient, Honest, and Respecting time.
I like their work,

Thank you ..

This company is not trust Max keeping our money, they didn't delivery the backdrop on the day, our event was a nightmare because they send just the frame... we pay to return the frame now we keeping waiting the money almost 1 month after...

Great service, delivered on time and the quality of the product is just what I needed. Thank you guys.

Fantastic company to deal with from start to finish, they guided me in the creation of my banner and delivered on time and the final product is amazing, fully recommend

Had a fantastic experience with Pinnacle Banners. Max provided great guidance, and delivered a great product of best quality just in time. Thank you & we'll order again soon!

I am so pleased with this company I needed some last minute posters done , for a property exhibition at the EXCEL in London, They were extremely patient especially with all my changes, and they managed to Deliver on time, and the posters looked absolutely professional
I am so pleased with this company I will be 100% using them again and I highly recommend them

Talked to Max from the get-go.
I wanted a 2x2 metre backdrop.
I didn’t even know our logo was too pixled to blow up that big, but he solved that without even asking.
I got our backdrop exactly in said time, and I’m MORE than pleased with the work, the swift conversations and the result.

I spoke to Max at Pinnacle Banners who provided an outstanding service. They were more than helpful putting in extra time and demonstrating patience with the design. The service was outstanding as well as the quality for all four banners for a smart car - motor home and press were equally professional - waterproof durable and strong we purchased Vinyl stickers and Vinyl banners. We used the banners whilst our team are on the ground in Ukraine - the charity is helping to provide support and aid on the ground. We will use their service again and highly recommend.

Bad qualit the stand was much bigger does not accept the return
