Good company but rubbish product
Can’t complain about the company not the quickest despatch and delivery but not the worst but the pillow on the other hand is utter rubbish a total waste of £65
Pillow small in size very thin and does nothing to assist sore neck pain that I’m trying to sort out. Back to the drawing board

Beware - ceased trading? order not sent, customer service don’t answer
BEWARE.
Order placed - tracking number provided but days later, the courier website still showing as they haven’t received the package from Pillow World.
Website down - says “opening soon”.
Customer service phoneline doesn’t answer and message says Closed.
No delivery date given but they sent an email around the time website went down to say order would be sent in line with original delivery date, which was never given. Looks like attempt to stall and hold off refund requests.
I noticed that most the 5 star reviews aren’t people saying they’re happy with the order - but rather that they’re “looking forward to receiving their order”. Which probably never came?

Bought a Tempur Comfort Cloud Medium…
Bought a Tempur Comfort Cloud Medium Pillow and the pillow smelt really musky, gave it a week and gave it an airing, but still really musky smell. Not sure how they are being stored but not a great experience.

All of our pillows are stored in clean, dry, well-ventilated warehouse conditions, so this certainly isn’t something we’d expect. Very occasionally, a new pillow can have a temporary “new product” scent from sealed packaging, but this should normally fade after airing.

Dunlopillo Serenity Pillow
I was specifically looking for a new Dunlopillo pillow and found Pillow World selling them.
I know they are not easily available due to the company no longer existing but the pillows still be manufactured.
I ordered the Dunlopillo Serenity pillows and I’m hoping they are as good as the original I purchased years ago.
Pillow Worlds website was easy to navigate.

Won’t take return for faulty unopened pillow!
UPDATE ON REVIEWS: Pillow World have now backed down on taking my return of an unopened, unused item (as they legally have to) - probably because of my posting on trust pilot. I again RECOMMEND you avoid this web based company who sell substandard pillows - not the same ones as you see in the shops - and refuse to take returns unless you start quoting your consumer rights at them! (I have yet to see my money back - who knows if they will honour its return!)
Bought a Tempur pillow on line from their website and it came quickly but is clearly not the correct pillow: I had already seen the pillow I wanted in Gillies and Dreams - this pillow though presented with the same name is much lighter and the memory foam not as responsive.
Without even taking the pillow out of the packaging I immediately emailed them for a return and they are absolutely refusing …. Not just asking I pay postage. They are saying they simply don’t take any returns at all.
So basically this is an on line company which won’t take returns as all even for incorrectly presented and unopened and unused products. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
