i have been using piktochart for a year. by far its my go to use tool for infographics,

Piktochart is a super intuitive platform that allowed me - without any graphic design experience - to make really professional infographics and flyers very quickly. The templates are really helpful and updated regularly. I often made my students use Piktochart to update my research team on progress updates. I prefer this platform over others like it (I've tried them all!) for the ease of use and professional. Just enough bells & whistles, but not so many that it's overwhelming.

Truthfully I am very underwhelmed with the templates they have and the .ai functionality. It really does not understand what I am trying to convey and I need to do a lot of editing after the fact. Would have spent less time creating it from scratch than editing the pitch deck

I created a login profile with Piktochart but had difficulty trying to sign up for a Business Plan using my iPad M4 13". Unfortunately, the A.I. Bot could not understand what I was saying so I decided to write to a human instead.
The person who replied (Daniela Ost) had worked out that I was using my iPad and suggested using a computer instead as there are compatibility issues with Apple OS devices.
I followed Daniela's advice and using my HP Laptop was able to sign up for an annual subscription to the Business Plan.
Daniela's response was clear, simply and effective - thank you Daniela.
As a suggestion - you may want to put my issue with using an OS device to sign up for a Business Plan as a FAQ on your website help page so your A.I. Bot can learn.

I contacted customer service and they responded within an hour to fix my issue. Turns out google itself was down, not the piktochart. Friendly.

Seamless Experience, great interface. Extensive Customization Options

Very useless, I don't need a website to create a visual for me, that is for first grade level. Don't pay for it.

The steps involved in the creation of content and the chain of thoughts are explicitly mentions. Above all in between you can intervene to add your questions which are addressed. The time to get the answer is also provided. Extraordinary. Graphs are really good.
