Over 3 months now and still waiting for a refund. Every time I call every one is very nice but has a new excuse as to why my refund has not been made yet.

I'm not sure how many hours we have all wasted trying to arrange a simple refund

Very poor service.

Just a shame it takes a public shaming and 3 months of chasing to make this happen.

WHEN WE THINK OF INSURANCE WE THINK IT AS PEACE OF MIND BUT AT PIB THEY TAKE THAT AWAY FROM YOU. AFTER CHASING FOR COUPLE OF WEEKS THE ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED AND I'M CHASING EVERY SINGLE DAY JUST TO GET AN UPDATE I'M NOT MAKING ANY CLAIMS WHICH MIGHT TAKE TIME AND I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND, BUT IN MY CASE ITS JUST INFORMATION WHICH IS NEEDED TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND TO GET THAT IT IS TAKING THIS LONG THEN I WONDER WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF IT IS SOMETHING ELSE...

I had been made comfortable through the whole process of renewing the policy. I could ask questions and I would have a reply almost immediately. Very helpful people

We have a single point of contact with PIB, and he's a great asset to PIB ensuring that what needs to happen does happen.

My experience with PIB has been great so far! Super attentive and very approachable. I can't speak to others experiences, but for me it's been fantastic and I will definitely use again!

This company had the contact for our business insurance for 2 years. We have recently had to move as customer service was non existent, communication dia, and we no longer had any trust in the company after discovering one vehicle was not even covered under the policy that had been agreed. the service just got worse and worse. AVOID

We have used PIB Insurance Brokers for all our business insurance needs for a number of years now. We find them knowledgeable and thorough and they give a very personal service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any-one.

Avoid this company. Had video evidence of someone crashing in to my car. Their legal department must employ 5 year olds. Total embarrassment.

Absolutely deplorable service.
For many years I was with a company that PIB acquired last year. My renewal is due in 4 days and I have yet to hear a peep from them. Needless to say if they dare come knocking on my door now they can go take a running jump. I will not be held to ransom for late contact and being forced to accept their terms. Fortunately I had the presence of mind to anticipate this and have already secured an alternative company who have a written policy to contact their clients 1 month prior to renewal. There is a real chance that if anyone is in a similar boat they could be left uninsured. Could they do better, it wouldn't be too hard to be better than abysmal which is what they are now.

Leanne Armitage promptly asked what we needed. We were up against time and she ensured we had urgent cover for our needs within 48 hours. Excellent responsive and professional service. In addition, Mike Eardley too in another matter went above and beyond to deliver in a very tight timescale. We shall certainly be coming back to PIB.

I was disappointed with the service I received and the high cost of our renewed house insurance. I was unhappy with the poor explanation why so i cancelled it. I cancelled in November and after multiple calls it was agreed but i had to wait until February for my refund. Unacceptable poor service. Will never use them again.

Left me a message to call them but they don't tell me the reason for calling. It's a cold call, never heard of them. Blocked.

This company lies to customers when they take out a landlord insurance you pay £1022 and they got people who tell you it covers everything then when you make a claim they look for every excuse not to pay out. When a customer say he wants all legal costs covered that's what they want not lies. A person called Tom Reeves who strangely has left the company why ???? I wonder maybe giving customers false promises or blatantly lying to fill his pockets. Then you have a CEO who employs people like he calls himself CEO retail specialty what a absolute burke don't know is backside from his elbow and the wonderful CEO himself OMG how he got that job is a farce he's ignorant and rude as well as many of there staff trained to be dishonest or you probably get the push like our lovely dishonest Tom. Do not under any circumstances do business with them not sure if they are a scam or just con merchants. They will take your money when it comes to pay outs you will get a pathetic person who can't even write a letter the magic CEO RETAIL SPECIALTY man who knows less then my 4 year old grandson who's even more polite then those two so called CEO 'S BE AWARE IF YOU TAKE A INSURANCE OUT WITH THEM DON'T EXPECT A PAYOUT. BECAUSE THEY DON'T DO PAYOUTS THEY DO EXCUSES. Believe me I have been ripped off now taking them to court don't put yourself in that position I did stupidly.
