Quick, easy, simple

I can see through the reviews other people have experienced a large delay in getting a refund. We have chased numerous occasions since December for the refund, also given lots of different excuses, apparently they only run pay outs once a month and they keep missing it!!!!

How can a large company like this only pay out once a month, plus we are three months plus onwards.

I would strongly recommend for anyone to shop around.

Fantastic quick officiant service throughout By Mr Freddie Brigs. Freddie is extremely helpful with brilliant knowledge. Defiantly recommend.

Consistently high level of service over the years that is clear and concise and timely

I have been over charged (x2 on the same day).
Additionally, despite requesting an address change, I've been sent the same document with the incorrect address again.

poor communication, very slow service, takes a long time to get responses, a lot of chasing needed and very bureaucratic.

Slow in Communication and lost fire
Windscreen claims takes 2-3 months to pay
Will be changing my buiness insurance
Very unhappy !!
