I have used PIB and its predecessor for more than 15 years to insure cars and houses in the U.K.and in Europe. Without exception the experience has been excellent. The staff are knowledgeable, proactive and provide an efficient, personal and cost effective service.

Have been using this company for our insurance for over 20 years. This time not so good. I have been the one that has been chasing to see if the policy has been done also ive had to contact MDS portal on more than one occasion to try and get our vehicles on the system. I have had problems with payment that i have had to call the office loads of times and i never receive a call back from my insurance broker. I have been waiting now for 2 weeks for a call to say whats happing and still nothing. Great way to treat a loyal customers
