The jumper was too small so I had to return it as they didn't have a larger size. Service was excellent and the money was refunded very quickly.

My purchase `arrived within 24 hours. The cashmere jumper is of good quality, reasonably priced in the sale - I cannot fault it.

The store appears to be Chinese-owned. I found Chinese labels inside some of the clothes, so I asked one of the employees at the Knightsbridge store about it. She explained that the founder is Chinese, but that some of the items are produced in Italy. Because of this, I’m still unsure about the overall quality and where exactly the different products are manufactured.
What I found more concerning, however, was the lack of transparency. At first, my husband was told that the brand was Italian, which gave us a completely different impression. Only after I specifically asked about the Chinese labels did we receive a more accurate explanation.
I believe customers should be given clear and honest information about a brand’s origins and where its products are made, rather than being left with the impression that it is an entirely Italian brand.

I have purchased the same item in green so I knew this colour would not disappoint - so pleased.

they haven't responded for 3 days to 3 emails about needing to return the item as it's too small. They require you to email them and meanwhile set a 7 day time limit.

Very pleasant and helpful assistants.

The cardigan was XL, but I thought a small xl. The sizing was dubious, but I really loved the cardigan so I’m keeping it for myself. ( my husband’s loss)
