We ordered graduation announcements and a graduation banner. The banner came first. It came very fast and it is absolutely gorgeous. We had a little mixup with our address so our cards ended up being returned by the post office to the company. When I called their customer service, I quickly was able to get someone on the phone. Her name was Jen and she was amazing. Jen helped me figure out what exactly happened and was very quick to order new cards and get them on their way as fast as possible. I feel extremely confident that everything will work out great and that the company is working hard to serve their customers with excellence. I would highly recommend using this company to anyone. I loved the way my framed photos turned out! They all arrived in perfect shape with no damage. The only problem was that one of the frames arrived with the hanger attached upside down. That took a little bit of effort to rectify, but I was able to get it repaired and replaced.

I had this pillow made for my grandson birthday and he loves it.

The clearness of the pictures was not very good. They were blurry; however, the process was easy and I received them faster than normal. For the price that I paid, I was hoping the quality would have been better.

I already emailed you and told you what poor quality my pillow was. I've ordered many and this one is pretty bad in comparison. I ordered a 16" pillow and received gave an 18" pillow with a 16" cover. The printing looked like you ran out of ink and the fabric quality was very poor. I compared this with the several pillows that I've ordered before and have in use right now in my home and this one is like out of the dumpster compared to the quality on the ones I purchased previously.

I absolutely love our cards. They are thick, matt and beautifully printed. I cannot wait to send them out.

Loved this product. My cutout came out bigger than I expected, which was such a nice surprise, and the quality was really impressive.

I was disappointed when I saw the invites and they were darker than the picture I submitted. They had a gray tint to them.
