Happy
I was very happy with my order, thankfully I was not dependent on 100% of my envelopes because some did come damaged. Order came quicker then expected and looked exactly how it did onlin.

Svar fra PhotoAffections
We're sorry to hear about the trouble with your recent order and appreciate your review. We do note that the towels can sometimes become a bit rough or flattened during the printing and delivery process. A quick wash cycle will work to restore the fibers back into their original soft, absorbent state. That said, we're always happy to investigate these matters, and we'd like to look into this as well as ensure you are provided a resolution to your order should washing it not correct this problem. At your convenience, please email us at customercare@photoaffections.com and we'll be happy to help. Thank you.
Great product again
Grad announcements turned out great. Photo Affections has been my go to for years!
Even when my Christmas cards got lost a few years ago they were on it right away to get me another box in time.

We're sorry for the trouble with your recent order and appreciate your review. Delays are unusual - while most orders will arrive right by our given time, sometimes we do see short delays as ultimately we rely on carriers such as UPS to complete each order. Checking into your tracking, it does look like this item arrived by our original given date. We're happy to review this, as well as ensure you are provided a resolution to your order - please email us at customercare@photoaffections.com and we'll gladly check into this further. Thank you!
