Horrible company
Horrible company, I ordered water filter and it arrived in the box covered inside all over with the mold, smells very bad. I’m allergic to the mold ! I’ve been trying to return and get refund from them, they not answering phone calls or emails. Horrible costumer service, it makes me believe that the quality of the product is poor. Will not advise to get involved with this company!

Ich habe bis jezt 5wasserfilter bestellt.Das Produkt an sich ist gut.Nur den letzten habe ich ,326€,bezahlt und nicht bekommen .Habe schon mehrmals danach gefragt.Bekomme nur als Antwort man würde das nachfragen.Könnte mir da jemand vielleicht helfen?

Phoenix Water Filters
This is absolutely fantastic this filtration system! Water tastes brilliant even my dog who hated even Phox and Britvic filtered water- loves this! It is terrific that so many contaminants too and viruses and bacteria are filtered as well. What is also a real bonus too is the fact that all important minerals for the body are not removed. It is a lovely looking addition to our kitchen and filters last for a year! 😊 Great for health- a great investment!

Terrrible customer service … paid for a…
Terrrible customer service … paid for a full tank but only recieved 2 out of 4 filters. The filter leaked so I returned it and they demanded I return filter and tap! I returned the tap in a ziplock bag! And as pictured the filters were still in the tank!! Anyways after coming back and forth I said just give partial refund for the parts you supposedly didn’t get back!!! It got very stressful and I’m still waiting for the refund. Look for a diffferent charcoal filter!! These guys are difficult to deal with.. the tank had a clear dint.. I have to admit the water was well filtered!

Purest Water
I've found that the water from the filter is producing the cleanest/purest water I've ever taken a drink of. I also feel that it's more hydrating, though I'm not sure that's a thing. In any case. I love it and highly recommend investing in the gravity filter. It's also very simple to put together and arrived quickly.
Not sure if it's possible, but a travel-size filter would also be ideal, for vacationing.

Such a great water filter, customer service spot on
The customer service with Phoenix has been so amazing and really helpful. The water filter is a beautiful looking thing and the wooden stand looks so amazing as well. Really happy and would absolutely recommend. I looked at a few other water filters and I'm so glad I went for the Phoenix one.

New fluoride filter refills delivered…
New fluoride filter refills delivered as a replacement for a split bag on a previous order. Customer service agents seemed motivated to resolve the issue quickly. Only took a few days to receive the replacements.

This water filter is brilliant
This water filter is brilliant, stylish and i love it.
Its abit tricky forcing water through the filters initially...can be a bit messy!
One thing i would love to see, would be a water level gauge on the filter, as its not easy to tell how much is in there and when you add more.
I would defineatley reccommend this product as a filter system, above others i have tried.

The Real Deal.
Very pleased with my filter. I could smell the difference between Phoenix water and tap the minute I filtered some. Initially there was a couple of washers missing but the company got straight onto it and I was sent another tap too!! I am sure this is a very isolated incident. Any questions you have are dealt with in great detail and understanding. A company with traditional customer service ethics which I'm afraid are now seen as time consuming or pointless with most industries.

An excellent water filter.
A truly excellent water filter made with high grade stainless steel, so welcome after years of plastic filters! My water source is from a gravity well and after UV screening to now filter water via the Phoenix makes for a very pure source of quality drinking water.
