It has been a good experience I love this water filter as the water feels fresh and it is a natural filter easy to use and it gives much sense of health. My only complaint is that it takes a long time to receive and I have been for months in the waiting list for a bigger one as I only have so far a small one! You ate doing a great product, thank you… see if you can make just a few more…….

I would strongly advise caution when purchasing from this company.

In my experience, the product quality did not meet expectations. Despite this, the company accepted my return but has only issued a partial refund, withholding a significant portion of the payment without what I consider to be a fair or proportionate justification.

Communication has also been inconsistent, and I had to repeatedly follow up to receive clear information regarding my refund.

For a company positioning itself as premium, this level of product quality and customer service is not acceptable.

I am now left in a situation where I have neither the full product nor a full refund.

Adquirí un ecofiltro y, tras probarlo, no cumplió con mis expectativas. Durante el proceso de devolución, fui atendida por Selene, quien fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento. Agradezco mucho la llamada y la explicación detallada sobre el funcionamiento del filtro, así como el buen trato recibido.

Lo único negativo de esta experiencia es que no leí previamente las políticas de devolución en su página, donde se especifica claramente que no hay reembolso total una vez que se ha utilizado el filtro de barro.

We have been using our ecofiltro of 20 liters for just under 2 years now and are still super happy with it! It gets used every day to filter our very chlorine rich tap water.

Había descubierto el Ecofiltro en un Airbnb y estaba encantada con el sabor de agua,me parece mucho mejor que la de botellas. Y, no tenía que llevar botellas de plástico .. a win win win situation, mejor consciencia al medio ambiente, mejor sabor, menos peso de llevar con las compras y como plus me gusta mucho el design del filtro. Encima un big aplauso para el servicio al cliente, que hicieron todo lo posible para que me llega entre mis viajes. Son muy atentos y amables. Muchísimas gracias! 💟

I love Ecofiltro, you will 100% know the water you are drinking is clean and good without micro plastics and what not, also the product looks really nice as well and the filter lasts long. And on top of that the customer service is great, they are really helpful and nice and if you have any issues, they will help you find a great solution. Thank you!!

Not yet received my water filter and been banged with a huge cost that was not stated on purchase for Import clearance and taxes - have emailed to get no response as of yet - this is poor you should be making customers aware of these charges clearly before purchasing !

Nous avons acheté ce kit 5l pour éviter les achats et transports de bouteilles. Rapidement nous sommes devenus "addicts", l'eau est excellente ! Le rapport qualité/ prix est le meilleur du marché et l'empreinte écologique est bonne. Nous leur avons acheté un second kit pour nos enfants... Nous prenons chacun une gourde en verre pour partir au travail et la vidons sur la journée.

Already the 3rd Ecofiltro i purchased: for my friend, my parents and myself. The taste is incredible or better said: non-taste pure refreshing, and the fact that apart from all the usual crap also Pfas gets filtred....what a blessing Ecofiltro is!
I hope they will devellop also a travel version :)

Buenos días, compré el Ecofiltro hace dos años y estoy muy contento con él. El sabor del agua ha mejorado muchísimo. Este año, después de dos años, cambié el depósito y tuve algunos problemas con la empresa de mensajería, que Ecofiltro resolvió de forma excelente. El servicio posventa es fenomenal.

Recomiendo el producto a todo el mundo. ¡Espero que el traductor haya hecho bien su trabajo! :)
buongiorno, ho acquistato l'ecofiltro due anni fa e mi sono trovato benissimo. il "sapore" dell'acqua è notevolmente migliorato. quest'anno, dopo due anni, ho sostituito il vaso e ci sono stati dei problemi col corriere che ecofilter ha risolto in maniera eccelente. il post vendita è fenomenale.

De plus, le réservoir ayant présenté des défauts extérieurs, il nous a été changé au bout de 18 mois, ce qui montre le sérieux de l’entreprise.
