Phillips George Estate Agents Anmeldelser

This is the second half of my review of the same Estate Agent. I wrote in two times because the house sale process is necessarily long. My comments will follow through what I already wrote before. Phillips George is a 5 stars agency. I never thought I would face that many challenges. After all it was my first house sale. Relocation (including children school, house sale and purchase, contents removal) is described as one of the most stressful events in life. Sam kept me informed constantly without overwhelming discussions. I received a prompt email when I couldn't answer my mobile. Thankfully I was spared from negotiating which is quite challenging for me. I was able to address the issues without letting them stressing me up. I handed my house keys to Sam on completion day congratulating her for the excellent service.

As a buyer Phillips George were able to offer convenient viewing opportunities; rather than being placed on a waiting list as with some agents; and a no-hassle viewing experience. During the purchase I was kept well informed of all the necessary details and liaison with the seller was handled well; with additional assistance after completion. On balance, Phillips George provide a comprehensive, professional yet personable service. Thank you!

We instructed Phillips George based on a friends recommendation. From the outset we were impressed with Clare's knowledge of the local market and her honest and mature approach. Clare and her colleagues organised multiple viewings and we received several offers within the first few days. We happily accepted an offer for the full asking price after 7 days on the market.

It was refreshing to deal with an Agency that actually delivered on its promises. We would certainly recommend Phillips George and intend to use their services on any future sales.

Excellent service
Claire & the team couldn’t do enough for me

In order of my interaction, the staff here, from Daniel, Samantha, Clare and Ruta, were all professional, highly skilled, pleasant and got the job done from beginning to end. Working with me as a vendor for valuation, viewing, offer management and finally completion. I could not be more grateful and it is absolutely refreshing to work with such a competent organisation, great voices, lively and animated personalities & wonderful people.

Thank you Phillips George for providing a fantastic service selling my house. Sam was very efficient, always on top of everything and always happy to answer any queries along the way. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

They were really good, Claire was very helpful

Fantastic experience with Phillips George. We bought a house through them in July 2022. All of the team were completely professional and Clare who led the process was amazing. Thank you all, I can’t recommend highly enough.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. All the staff helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend using them. Could not fault a thing. 👍

We very recently bought our home through Philips George, and as it being our first we were unsure what to expect after hearing all the nightmare stories about buying and selling homes! Ours however was completely the opposite, Samantha was excellent all the way through the sale. She was always there to take your phone call or email, Always kept us updated and made us feel at ease. I would 100% recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future. Thankyou!

From the beginning to the completion of sale Arjan was very professional and friendly, he kept me up to date on the process and was always happy to answer any queries. If He was unavailable his colleagues were always helpful and interested .
I would definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services in the future.

I can honestly say that everything from advertising, negotiation, endless hiccups regarding legal stuff to completion was handled with perfection. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. (They were recommended to me).
A special mention to Clare, the calm voice of reason - what a poppet.
Having said that, whoever I spoke to was up to speed, friendly and professional. Such a refreshing change as so many companies admin and communication leave much to be desired!

We recently sold our house with Phillips George and found them to be very helpful, professional and supportive. The team were friendly, easy to talk to and communicated with us every step of the way. We would definitely recommend them....the best estate agent in Wigston. Thanks so much guys.

After a rather sad experience elsewhere we decided to give Phillips George a try. What a difference! Professional, cheerful, informative, proactive and, most importantly, they sold the property. Many thanks Claire and her staff.

We were so surprised once we joined Phillip George
Est. Agents after having been with one or two others .
Who in our estimation were no where near Phillip George’s ability, to get people along to view the property for sale, they did all the visits and kept us informed through the whole process.through to completion of sale. We highly recommend, if you are looking for to sell a property in the south Leicester area

The estate agents were very good and kept us up to date on how the house was getting on with the veiwings I would recommend Phillip George to sell your house because they are excellent in there job and they get the house sold thanks again kind regards Ann

I found the company to be friendly and helpful. Really great photos showed my house in it's best light - but without giving a false impression to buyers as to what they were getting. I would recommend if you're looking for an Estate Agent.

An amazing, dedicated and very patient team. They helped me sell my house and along the way there were so many issues which caused some delays but they remained professional until the sale was completed. My thanks goes to the team at Wigston. Thank you so much for your hard work!

We were so pleased we chose Phillips George, the whole team were friendly and helpful. Clare especially worked very hard to ensure our sale went though. We would happily recommend this team to anyone looking to sell their property. Thank you, Clare 😊
