Phillips George Estate Agents Anmeldelser

Super people who go the extra mile whether you're buying or selling through them. Would not consider using anyone else.

The fact that we have used Phillips George twice in 2 years speaks volumes. The recent sale of our property was trying to say the least but Clare’s determination to get over the line was excellent. Her knowledge and professionalism is second to none. Communication with the whole team was continual all the way through. If your serious about moving properly you won’t get better than Phillips George !

Had a great experience with Clare at Phillips George to purchase a property. Many Thanks to Clare. It was a pleasure to have Clare deal with the purchase of the property. The communication from start to end was fantastic and the whole process was smooth. Would highly recommend.

I have had sold several properties through Phillips George Estate Agents and would highly recommend their service. Clare is honest, efficient and down to earth, which makes a refreshing change! Samantha's communication through the sales progression is exemplary, I know exactly what is happening at any given time. All in all a genuine company that offers a bespoke service for a highly competitive fee.

We had ten months of excellent service from Phillips George. The whole team was excellent and completely dedicated to our successful sale. They worked with professionalism and expertise at all times, always available and providing regular updates. We cannot recommend Clare and her team highly enough. Whoever says estate agents don’t do anything for the money they charge have never worked with these guys. They were worth every penny.

All the team at Phillips George are spot on.They fill youwith confidence that your sale will go through smoothly with regular updates on offers, solicitors, etc .I would certainly recommend this agent.

I cannot fault them. This is definitely the best estate agents that i have worked with. Thank you for all your help

I highly recommend Phillips and George Estate Agents.
They say one of the most stressful things in life is buying or selling a house and from my first experience I can confirm this. However this time round it was greatly improved with the help and support from Phillips and George. They were attentive with excellent advice from day one. They continued with efficiency and profession throughout the process and I had a very pleasant experience.

Fantastic service kept informed every step of the way can’t fault them at all would definitely use again very friendly

Everyone at Phillips George went above and beyond to help. Nothing was too much trouble. Clare and Sam kept me informed every step of the way. Would highly recommend.

If we could give 10 stars we would!!
Dan,clare and all the staff we dealt with were top class, they helped us through the painful process of selling our dads house and always kept us informed and responded promptly throughout with any queries we had-big or small.I speak on behalf of my brother and sister when I say a big Thankyou to you all at Phillips George.

We brought our house from a seller who used Philips George. I was really pleased as a buyer, with their communication and support they offered. I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Claire and the complete team at Phillips George really work to get your property sold, we have sold two property's through them and I can say hand on heart they are true professionals,
nothing is flowered up you just get told how it is, and with selling houses that's what needs to happen, from the first meeting with Claire to final completion the team are doing their best for you.
Easily the best estate agents in Leicester.

Following the death of our mother, We were advised to contact the Sales and Lettings company
Phillips George.

They came straight to the house when we asked them to, took great detail of the building, contents and outside area, including the general location. and provided some awesome advice.
In the meantime, my sister had seeked advice from another estate agents, and we had been provided with their brief quote.

As a direct result of the Phillips George advice, My brother and I carried out some simple work in and outside the building, as a direct result, the house went up for sale and we finally were offered and accepted some £30,000 more than our sister's quote., this also being in the face of this latest falling house prices.

The house is now the property of a lovely young couple and child. We wish them as much fun, love and freedom which we also received.

I have to try to let you understand the high quality of not only the advice, the work carried out by Phillips George, but the freedom to talk as and when we needed to, I pinpoint all staff, but the main point of that contact was Samantha Vannuil.

She kept a totally positive and clear line of information coming through to us and the young couple, and I have to take my hat off for the absolute professionalism that was provided.

Thank you Sam and the team.
We will be visiting you soon for a little personal thanks

Kind Regards
Robin and Yvonne Green

Selling through Phillips George Estate Agents was the best decision we made! From the first phone call to the last, Arjan, Clare and the team were always on hand to help us sell our home and reach completion. The team are very friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. Clare would not give up chasing all parties in the chain to get to completion, going above and beyond what any estate agent would normally. I can't thank them enough for making our experience so much better than it could have been. If you are looking to sell your home, look no further and contact Phillips George!

Professional service all the way through from the initial valuation to the final selling of the property. All the staff at Wigston Phillip George branch are committed to be friendly and helpful with constant updates of where the selling process is.

Not living locally the whole team from start to completion kept us informed all the way.
Clare especially kept all communication flowing.
Many thanks

This is the second half of my review of the same Estate Agent. I wrote in two times because the house sale process is necessarily long. My comments will follow through what I already wrote before. Phillips George is a 5 stars agency. I never thought I would face that many challenges. After all it was my first house sale. Relocation (including children school, house sale and purchase, contents removal) is described as one of the most stressful events in life. Sam kept me informed constantly without overwhelming discussions. I received a prompt email when I couldn't answer my mobile. Thankfully I was spared from negotiating which is quite challenging for me. I was able to address the issues without letting them stressing me up. I handed my house keys to Sam on completion day congratulating her for the excellent service.
