FRUSTRATION

I ordered and received a dog coat. It was too small. I contacted Petyfy who said to keep the smaller jacket and donate it to someone. They said that they will send the next larger size at no coast to me. I am still waiting for info on this. I have sent numerous emails and tried their Chat service to no avail. Customer service is terrible. Totally frustrated.

Only giving one star because I’m forced…

Only giving one star because I’m forced to give it. I placed an order on 12/10 ORDER PETYFY#30183 . Was given an order number and tracking number. Yet the tracking number goes NOWHERE!! Tried emailing this company several times without response. Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. Will be calling my credit card company to report fraud/scam. Do NOT buy from this place without a doubt a scam!

Never again.

I I ordered the winter waterproof coat that doubles as a harness for my golden retriever puppy. I placed the order on 12/1/2020. I got a tracking number, order number, and the money came out of my account. I haven’t received the product yet. I’ve emailed and done the online chat system multiple times now with no reply back. And when I track my item, it’s just a mess. Last it said 12/28/2020 Item will arrive on time, then it didn’t arrive. 12/29/2020 Item will arrive late. It hasn’t updated the time stamps since then and at this point I just want my money back. I don’t even want the coat anymore since this has been such a hassle and a headache.

Still haven't received my item! I ordered my dog coat in the beginning of December and I am yet to receive the coat! The money has been taken from my account go figure! I guess I was scammed !

I think this company is a scam!
They take your money and you get no product. I ordered beginning of December and still don't have my item, yet they have my money. Don't order from them if you work hard for your money like I do. Your better off shopping local.At least you leave with your product you paid for. I'm sick of being ripped off by these so called companys !!! Word of mouth is everything people! Lets shut them down! Stop giving them our money and shipping money !!!!! These people are scam artists! I have already accepted that I will never get my items I have ordered from them. I just hope they had fun with MY MONEY ! I hope you spent my money well ! My order # 29303 through petyfy doesn't help me find my order!

My experience was the WORST I have ever experienced online!

My experience was the WORST! ZERO is my rating! Had I known that the item was not only made in China, but shipped from China, I would not have purchased it. In addition to taking 23 days to arrive, my 2XL dog jacket was way too small for my 35 lb terrier. I needed 5 more inches for it to meet on her back to zip! I took all the measurements prior to ordering, and matched her measurements with the size chart. She was between sizes, so I ordered UP. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY...A REAL SCAM!

BUYER BEWARE..........

I ordered a jacket for my dog and have been waiting and waiting. Winter will be over before it will come or may never come. This can't be a legitimate company. No one to call and this online chat is getting old. I want my merchandise or a REFUND. I will not pay for something I do not have. Terrible customer service. Save yourself aggravation and DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

I tried to pull up your order using your name, and found out you placed your order about 3 weeks ago.

We really do apologize for the delay, we are doing our very best to expedite the shipment and communicate to whom that can possibly help us to deliver your package as soon as possible. Sometimes there are things that are not within our control or out of our hands rest assured, the fulfillment of your order is our top priority.

As per checking, the reason for the delays in shipment are in destination country’s protocols once received in customs they have to process the parcel's gateway that takes some time to have our clearance processed and forwarded to local delivery.

Usually our shipping time takes only 8-15 days maximum (delays and customs processing are included). But due to holidays and some other protocols needing to be obtained we are having this issue. We are hoping for your kind and understanding.

Scam "company" - Worst customer service ever

Order placed 6 weeks ago has still not arrived. Repeated attempts have been made to contact Customer Service - but no response ever received. I can't understand how a company can stay in business after treating its customers so shoddily. Save your self a lot of frustration and don't bother even trying to place an order - they will take your money but fail to deliver. Giving them a 1-star review only because I could not give them ZERO stars!

Waterproof Jacket

First let me say be prepared to wait. They ship out from China. It took 3 months to receive my order. I bought a medium water proof jacket with the attached harness. I bought medium for my 12 pound mixed breed terrier. It fits perfects. The product is well made.

Avoid at all costs

As many others have noted, horrible customer service. I’ve been waiting over a month for our order. I have no idea what’s going on as several emails to customer service have been outright ignored. Winter will be over by the time I get this thing. Avoid this company at all costs — not a legitimate operation.

UPDATE:

We already contacted USPS for this and they addressed the delays updating the tracking link, you'll notice in a few days the tracking link will jump off and the item transported to the final destination and will be OUT FOR DELIVERY. --It's actually a known issue due to Holiday orders

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Have sent 5 emails only 1 answered several weeks ago. That 1 answer asked me to take a photo of the coat showing that it was too small. What would a photo prove, that it is too small?

I have repeatedly called, wrote emails to office@petyfy, and as to date 1/3/21 haven’t received any communication. I am more than frustrated. Order number is the only thing I received. Please help🙏🏻

I purchased a jacket for my dog on…

I purchased a jacket for my dog, on 12/16/2020 my credit card was charged. I received a text confirmation and tracking number. While their ad showed a delivery date of 12/26/2020. It is now 1/3/2021 and it appears my order is somewhere in China. I will be leaving town in a few days and will not be back until the end of March, so I really have now idea what to think about this company. I may revise my review if it comes before I leave town.

I ordered got charged never received email with receipt or tracking did get a text saying thanks for your purchase - ordered 12/13/20 - is now 01/02/21 and have not heard a thing from them except multiple buy now emails.

I wish I would have seen this sight and all the negative reviews before I placed my order.
I will be updating my experience on multiple social networks including here and BBB after I see how my experience goes. I will give progressive updates! I will start you at 2 stars and will decide if you move up from here as it pertains to my experience moving forward. I hope it will change to a 5 star and that most of these reviews are wrong and I can be a voice to change that opinion!

Update January: As of today I do not have a shipment coming to my home nor have I received anything as of yet. If I do happen to receive the item I will update again. Patiently Waiting!

Follow update for February 2021-
I placed my order in December. I have not received any item and no satisfaction for the undelivered item thus far. This is a horrible experience and a scam of a so called company. They took my money but NEVER sent my product. Very irritated!!
