Horrible company to buy from
Horrible company to buy from. I purchased 3 items 11/16/2020 never received the items. I emailed the company they did apologize and ask if I wanted a full refund or to have the items reshipped. Since they weren't going to arrive for christmas I asked for a full refund 12/17. Never received the refund, I emailed again on 12/24, they said it was being processed. 12/31 and still no refund. Very disappointed!

Bought a dog jacket in November- no jacket, no response to calls or emails- nothing. They took payment out of credit card within 12 hours, but no word, no jacket since. A total scam.

I ordered 2 dog coats and have not received any confirmation email or tracking numbers for my shipment, but my credit card was charged right away. I tried to call but you have to email and no response to 2 emails. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THIS IS JUST A SCAM TO RIP OFF MONEY!!!

Not a good product!
While it looks nice in the bag, it is not strong quality nor designed with strength to carry a 10 pound bag. It is visibly appealing, but was extremely challenging to get my dog in and when finally in, she looked extremely uncomfortable.
The sizing is not accurate and will not support your pet. Imagine a grocery bag made of fabric with heavy items in it. That’s what it looks like. Zero support.

HORRIBLE!! Can never reach anyone through the 1-888 “customer service” number, all recordings directing you to the “office” email where they do not respond! NO PRODUCT EVER RECEIVED - it’s been about three weeks and NO tracking data since they do not provide any CARRIER data! So far, they OWE me $$$ or product, I just want a refund now!

I purchased a vest that did not fit my dog. The company makes it impossible to return. Awful customer service. They provided a mailing address in Austria if I " insist" on return, but they generally declined it. Not a company worth anyone's support or your money given the way they treat customers.

This is a very dishonest company. They do not send the backpack, is a scam to give you this ugly harness. That’s what you are actually paying for. There are No backpacks. They move their sites around. The sites are all under a year old. There is no backpack. They are scammers. They will use PayPal to make them seem legit. They are not! Always check these websites and when they purchase them! It’s usually under 6 months. They let it expire and then they move onto a different web address and change the name of the store. It’s just another type of pyramid scheme. You will never get the backpack they will give you another item and then they will say that this item was sent by accident. And I noticed the reviews on here are false all the good reviews are written by people that work at the company or the person that owns the company themselves. The good reviews are not actual real reviews written by customers. All the customer reviews are the ones that are angry yelling and upsetI’m here. All the one star reviews are the real reviews. Trust pilot needs to go back and look at the reviews and who they’re coming from because I can guarantee you the five star reviews are not from real customers they are from employees I hope trust pilot takes down the fake reviews on here

Ordered and while in transit I decided it was best to purchase a pet stroller far less taxing toting around 29lbs male dog for a senior adult. Please note: item is unused. A 30 day Return policy does not include return shipping with several concessions. The cost and time you’ll spend to ship abroad is more of a headache to return a $40 back pack. Your unable to leave a review on their website unless your a “HAPPY CUSTOMER” and clearly the reviews are bias. Horrible REFUND/RETURN policy and sub standard business practice!

What kind of 30 day return policy has you ship your $40 useless doggy back pack OVERSEAS to return it? That is just bad customer service. I responded to them re my Shih Tzu being unable to use it because she falls forward and it chokes her neck. No matter how I adjusted it....it did not work. They also say it must be unused to return it. How are you going to know it works? Don’t get me wrong...well made backpack. But a 30 day return policy does not include shipping it back to AUSTRIA. Also, you can’t leave a review on their website. Only “HAPPY CUSTOMERS” can show a review...apparently cherry picked through this 3rd party website. I doubt anyone will see it. But I got it out.

Horrible. I purchased their backpack for my 10 pound pomeranian. It is meant for 7 to 23 pounds. The marketing is so slick you don't realize until the tracking comes through that you bought something from China. I will say it came within 2 weeks. Initially I did like this backpack and my dog and I went for one hour walks every day for a week however after 7 days I noticed the shoulder straps were fraying and after the 8th day I could no longer use it for fear of them breaking. I contacted the company and here is where it got shady for an item that has a 'lifetime warranty'. I emailed them my concerns and pictures of the straps. They contacted me back and said they would be glad to send me a replacement however I had to send them the backpack in 'unused condition' and to a foreign country without a prepaid shipping label. Shipping alone from California to Austria was more than the cost of the backpack. I explained that I was returning damaged goods and they said 'sorry that was their return policy'. Paypal would not help either. So buyer beware, you will not be able to return your product to Petyfy. They are not transparent, honest or ethical.
No returns ; slow shipping
Can't return anything without paying huge costs. Shipping takes forever (comes from overseas). Use Amazon, Chewy, or any other retailer selling the same goods.

Petyfy ---I wish I had researched this company more before purchasing their backpack for $36 US. I finally got the product after weeks and weeks. I have a Yorkie so you know my dog is tiny. I purchased the Medium 7-23 lbs. First the zipper is a cheap nylon with no strength. The teeth separate easy. When I put my dog into it - right away the zipper failed to stay close. If I had been walking, she could have fallen more than 3.5 feet to cement or hard ground perhaps cracking her back, neck or leg. 2ND - the backpack is made from flimsy stretchy thin material. Although the bottom is a hard cardboard - the bag has no oomph to it to hold the dog. The dog sags no different that putting it in a plastic grocery bag. Doggie nails will eventually tear thru. 3RD at 8 lbs my dog was hard to put in the backpack as it felt too confining for her. There is no way I could put my 20 lb dog in this. It would be dangerous. I tried to return the product and was sent some lengthy explanation of why no, disputed with Paypal (chore), offered 35% back from Vendor and I could "ram" my purchase basically or return it at my expense and told to pay shipping and taunted me with it will cost you more to ship back to us in Austria. (Bag shipped from China). Paypal did nothing when I told them it was not as described but told me to send it back BUT at my cost. Do yourself a favor - Buy USA. Look fully at review. Don't buy from this company - you will be disappointed. I am soo sad as I was looking forward to a backpack for my pup who is old. Again, wish I had reviewed. They are truly unprofessional and just think of your money over the safety of your pets.

This company is an absolute scam. Their customer service number is bogus as it will lead you in circles but never to a human representative-- and this is intentional. They ignore all emails regarding returns and refunds and scam you out of your money. AVOID this company at all costs. Their products do not work either.

They are atrocious to work with. I ordered a back pack and paid their "priority" shipping fee and it arrived weeks late. I wanted to return the bag since I found another option while I was waiting for it and they offered me 50% back or send it to Austria with a ton of caveats to get a refund. Mind you the backpage shipped from china so this company is slapping their name on something they didnt design. So they refund 30% of the money, I ask where the other 20% is and they said they charged me for shipping, handling and restocking. These people are crooked do not buy from them under any circumstance.

Not the No.1 backpack in the USA
Their ads lead the public to believe they are an American company with headlines like "No 1 backpack in the USA." But they are not. Backpacks are shipped from China. This makes me angrier than the subpar quality of the product itself. I hate being deceived. The quality of the backpacks as is standard for things made in China is subpar; but the price is certainly up there based on what you get. The straps feel as though they would break in the middle of a hike. The material is not breathable.
