When I read the reviews on Petyfy 4 wks ago it was just that jackets ran small. I fell into the trap as well when I ordered from Instagram. Now I see the reviews here on Trustpilot. I have not received to date the waterproof jacket I ordered. Petyfy's phone is down allegedly due to covid. Chatting with them doesn't happen either. Your best shot is by email. I emailed them to up the size in jacket and they did respond saying that it would be a $1 more. That was the last time I ever heard from them. The only thing immediate was the charge ($58). I did receive a tracking number and it permanently says 'in transit' from China to USA. When I was charged my bank (B of A) notified me right away that it was charged out of Austria. That was the first red flag but I authroized it anyway. I was also charged a transaction fee. I honestly thought the products were made in America. If I'd have known it was from China I would have NEVER ordered it. Anyway, I called BofA and put the charge into dispute. They will now try and contact Petyfy. Since it's outside the delivery date and Petyfy hasn't responded to me they have the right to 'take back the money'. They told me that if it does get delivered and it's flimsy that they will still take the money back from Petyfy. The agent told me that this happens a lot by people that order from FB or Instagram. That most of this businesses are shams and that if you do get the product it's inferior. He said that only 8 out of 10 people seem to put it in dispute so the company gets pure profit on the 2 persons who don't complain. It pays for them to stay in business this way. I also would give it no stars but that's not possible.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Awful customer service, product is not as advertised and this company is really a scam that is leveraging social media ads to try to drive business.

What a disaster. I ordered a pet coat before Christmas which has yet to arrive. Terrible customer service-no shipping number, barely any response when contacted-had the nerve to offer a "ten dollar coupon" which never materialized. One star ONLY because a ZERO is not available. Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE CORONA VIRUS! BUY AMERICAN-MADE GOODS!

I ordered a waterproof jacket for my 9lb puppy in accordance to the sixing chart they provide and a medium is way too small, who would ever think to order a large jacket for a very small puppy? They will not exchange for a larger size they would like to offer me a 50% discount on purchasing another. Which I will not chance again, throwing away good money. I would be very leery about ordering from this site, they do not seem to be reputable and their exchange/return policies are ridiculous.

Don’t order from Petyfy. I ordered on November 30 and received my order on January 13. Half of the 6 week shipping time was directly due to Petyfy. They sent tracking information in 2 days but it was only indicating that they provided Yun Express with the shipment info, not the order itself. It took almost 3 weeks for the order to actually ship. I emailed after 2 weeks and when I got a response days later it was long and nonsensical, poorly written and what I could decifer was that my order was “out for delivery with a local courier”. When I responded with a screenshot of the tracking, still unchanged, and asked for proof that it was out for delivery, I got no response. Two days later though, my order went to the shipper. It ships directly from China, which is not indicated when you purchase. It arrived 3 weeks after that due delays by Yun express and the USPS, 6 weeks after I ordered. They can’t control the shipping delays from the shipper - they could ship out more quickly and use a different carrier. And no, in spite of their claim on the website, you don’t choose the shipping service.

The product itself is poor quality and not worth the $28 I spent on it. A large jacket runs smaller than the stated measurements and barely fits my 12 lb dog. The underside is cut very short and provides minimal coverage and protection from the weather. The attached harness is huge and inches too big even when adjusted all the way down. I suspect I’ll get one season out of it, if that. I won’t even try to return it after reading online about what a scam their “warranty” and “free” returns (when you pay to ship to Romania) are.

Bottom line - I paid too much for a crappy jacket that barely fits my dog and if I hadn’t emailed, I never would have gotten it. Lots of other reviews said it was a scam - I suspect they scam those that don’t follow up. Should’ve googled them first. Buyer beware.

Been waiting for any kind of sign hat my dog's coat should ever arrive. I have no shipping info.

I would never order from them again.
I can't even comment on the quality of the products, since I still have no Merchandise.
And for them to take the money without any info is pretty bad .I give them a O for customer service, for sure!

Do not order from this company. It is most definitely a scam. Had to dispute the charge with my credit card company as no product was ever delivered. I will echo what others have said - website really does look legit. I simply cannot imagine that the folks saying the company had them donate items that didn't fit are real people.

I ordered 2 jackets for my dogs on December 17. They have not been received as of this date 1/13/21. I have emailed repeatedly to ask about them and all I get is an automatic “ticket has been created and will process soon.” Attempts to call and online chat get no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!

I laced order on December 31st winter jacket for my dog. Money was taken out from my account on January 3rd. To date I did not receive jacket nor there was any communication from company. I did not even receive order or tracking number. Sent two emails to them. They acknowledge first one saying they received my email. But no jacket yet. They need to be honest about when goods will be shipped & where it’s coming from. Then customer can decide whether they want to order or not. This not a good business practice. If I don’t receive jacket in next 4 days I plan to take further action.

Ordered two waterproof jackets for my dogs - one thin hound mix, one a lab mix. Using their sizing chart they were 2XL. Ordered on Black Friday and received December 28. Not surprising it would take a month once I found it was coming from China (also shows up as an international credit card charge). No mention of this on their web site. Finally putting on my dogs and they are comically small. Sent customer service a measage, they said sorry and to send pictures to verify. I did and they responded by blaming their warehouse who apparently often puts the wrong size jackets in the bag. They will talk to a manager to repace. But they didn't acknowledge that they were the wrong size so I have no idea if they will replace with the same or different size. Also, it has been 10 days since my last communication from them. And no chat has been with the owner "Stephanie who is 28 years old and has a lovely dog Mia" as the cute little email they sent me says. I'm just resigning that I'm out $60 and will never buy from a facebook ad again. Too bad because the jackets look great just absolutely the wrong size. If Petyfy were just able to get their customer service act together it might be ok but this is appalling. Go local or Chewy.

I have to give the website credit. Whoever designed it did a great job. It is really hard to tell that this website is a scam, which is unfortunate for any customer. I made an order right after Christmas and never received an order number. I only received tracking and when I did follow the instructions to track it nothing was shipped. The product is supposedly coming from China, and I immediately knew when I clicked the tracking number that something seemed fishy. It’s unfortunate that these customer reviews weren’t available on the site itself. I would have never bought anything if I had known this was a scam. Buyers beware!

Sorry to write a bad review but this is not a good place to order from. My order for their waterproof jacket for my 50 pound dog was placed on 11/30. After taking all the measurement I ordered a 2XL which should have been plenty large. Did not know it was coming from China, but finally received it 12/26. This jacket seems nice but is 5 inches from being able to close the zipper. I did contact through their site, received a prompt reply asking for pictures. Sent 3 pictures showing the 2XL label in the jacket and on the packaging. Their response was that it had been incorrectly packed, I say it was poor manufacturing. Last response was 2 weeks ago, still haven’t heard what they will do. I really plan to shop locally from now on or at the least get USA made products.

I ordered two dog coats for my son’s dogs as Christmas presents. I placed the order on 12/18/20. Nowhere in the description did it say that these were coming from China. I didn’t find that out till I got a confirmation email with the order number and tracking number on it. When I tried to track the order, it didn’t come up. So I tried to directly track it by entering the tracking number into UPS, FedEx and USPS tracking apps. Nothing. Then a few days later, after checking for any new emails from the company, I saw that the tracking number in the email was highlighted. When I clicked on it, it took me to an app which then told me my order was still being processed in China.
Needless to say, Christmas came and went, no order delivery. I have checked the status repeatedly and just now, after 22 days, it is finally saying it has left China. Unfortunately, I am now seeing many many reviews (50% of ALL reviews) saying that the same thing has happened to them or that the coats are grossly mis-sized and do not fit. I will never shop from this site again and want a refund.

Petyfy has refunded the cost of the jacket. My issue was resolved to my satisfaction after several chats.

Do not, do not do not order from this company. I ordered three items in mid- December, and I have no idea when or if they will be delivered. Other companies who take awhile to deliver do not charge your card until the item is delivered. This company charges right away, but then no sign of the product. Even if it does turn up someday, this will not have been a satisfying online shopping experience. Go somewhere else, where you have some trust.

I'm still waiting for my parcel, which was ordered before Christmas to arrive. No tracking details.I've just read some of the other reviews, and now wondering if this is a scam.

Can I give this company a ZERO. I ordered from them on December 12. Since I haven’t seen a package or an update on shipping, I sent them 2 emails. Of course, no response.
I tried tracking the shipment, which indicated it left China! Buyer beware!!!

I ordered 3 of their waterproof dog jackets using their sizing (1 medium and 2 large). 1 of my dogs is 10 lbs. I ordered her the medium. These were terribly sized. The medium was too small and the large didn't fit my 2 dogs that are 11 and 13 lbs. So I contacted the company for an exchange. They don't really want to take the jackets back. They still have the tags on them and their website says that you can easily exchange. They suggest I donate the ones that don't fit. Really? I spent nearly a $100 on these 3 jackets. If I want to exchange them I have to send them to Austria. IF YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS IN THE U.S. HAVE A U.S. CONTACT ADDRESS. This merchant is a scam. Run! Run! Run away and don't do business with them!

Product ordered 2 weeks ago. 3rd party Shop app to track shipping is useless. Product clearly shipping from overseas. Email to customer service unanswered after 3 days. I’d have left zero stars if it were possible.
I’m sure product will show up one day but if you’re anxious, don’t bother.

Ordered a coat for my 55 lb dog. Went by the measurements, said a large. I waited a long time, paid way to much money for it and it won't fit my 12 lb cat. I wrote to them and they wrote back telling me they needed to speak to someone about it. Haven't heard a word. I am contacting the BBB.
