After 5 weeks I finally received my order. It came with no invoice or return/exchange slip. I ordered two XL coats for my French bulldogs as suggested on the website. These XL coats did not even come close to fitting my dogs. I tried emailing but no answer once again. I have two coats that I paid for and can't use. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered two coats for my dogs on 12/15/20. It say it will take 8-10 days to get it. But the shipping notice came on 12/25/20. I still have NOT received my order. The tracking shows shipping info was received by the carrier. It still shows the same info. I contacted customer service twice and they keep telling me it is in transit! Horrible! This is my first order with the company and it will be the last. They charged my CC the day I ordered and I am beyond frustrated.

I waited five weeks for my order to come in before emailing customer service for a replacement. After a lot of back and forth they offered a refund, and then ignored subsequent follow up emails for two weeks. I still haven’t gotten my refund for the lost shipment and haven’t heard back from them. Truly awful customer service

I ordered a backpack and dog sweater on Dec. 27. This is Jan. 20 and no word as to when or if my order has been shipped. I was billed for the order shortly after I ordered, so the company has my order. I can download an app to track the order, however, I do not want to download an app to my phone or computer. If I had known it was coming from China, I would not have ordered. The expression, "It's on the slow boat from China", tends to be very true in this case. I do wish I had seen the other customer complaints before I ordered...BEWARE FUTURE CUSTOMERS!

I would have given less that one star. I ordered an XXL large jacket that came many weeks later. The size would not fit a chihuahua. Their size chart and what you get are very different. The have responded to emails but they have been very genaric stating that they would turn the email over to corprate for a decision. They have not returned any emails since. I am stuck with an unusable jacket and much frustration. Do not order from this company

Ordered a dog backpack on December 26th and still haven't received it. Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering.

I wish I had read reviews prior to ordering a waterproof jacket that doubles as a harness. I ordered on 12-17-21 and my credit card was debited. I still have no coat. I have written to them several times and get the same email saying their staff is just coming back from their holidays. What holidays are they talking about as New Year was 18 days ago. My last email to them said I would notify my credit card company that I never received the merchandise. I honestly don’t think the company cares as they have never responded to emails. Wish there was some way to prevent them from posting on fb or doing business in US.

I would NEVER order from then again. If I could give them a zero rating I would.

I am trying to exchange the dog coat for another size and they do not get back to me with instructions on returns.

I ordered my dogs coat on December 24. To date its still in transit. Customer service is not able to respond to calls. Its a China based company not USA. I could have ordered it from another company from Amazon and has a coat in 3 days. Calling My CC company and filing a claim and dispute.....DON'T BUY

Terrible purchase‼️ Order in November a red coat for our Plott hound and the coat XL came after Xmas ...would fit a miniature poodle. They assured me when they came back from vacation they would handle it. No word. Today would I write a review.

I need to return items and no one will get back to me with the return information .
Horrible customer service

RUN from this company!! My husband ordered a jacket for our dog back in early December, it's January 17, and nothing. It says shipped, although when you go to this crazy chinese website, it has NOT shipped. We are currently trying to dispute this with our credit card company. Don't order from Petyfy.

UGH!!! My pup hates the backpack I ordered. I have tried to contact this company 5 times regarding an exchange or return! No response ever!!

Can’t write a review since we are “still” waiting for our order to arrive. Cold-weather dog coat will no longer be needed if the order does not arrive soon.

I should learn NEVER order from a company on Facebook. Most are based in China and Petyfy is one of them. I ordered a jacket for my dog in early December. The tracking number supplied says shipping label created. I tried calling and get message to email. I sent emails and get no responses. Fortunately, I filed a dispute with my credit card company and the credited the amount of the purchase back to my card.

Placed a $100 order, after a month I realized it’s not coming. They’re a China based brand, Which I didn’t realize until I tried to track my order and the tracking number never worked. Just spend a little more and shop from chewy.com or a reputable brand.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I have a feeling that this was once a legit company but whatever it is now, it’s not good. And recent reviews are written in broken English, with clearly generic American names which screams to me that they are fake reviews. I placed an order on Dec 25, shipping was supposed to be 5-7 days. Today is January 15 and not only had it not arrived, I can’t get a response from customer service via email or phone. DO NOT order from this company.

This is a company you'll want to do business with. My dog is very small weighing 5 pounds. He walks out of the jacket I ordered. What I really need is extra small which they don't carry. Their customer service replied very promptly to my email and offered their assistance. They are very customer service oriented! The harness coat I ordered is exactly as described and exactly what I needed. I will order from them again!
