Ordered dog jacket Jan 3 & paid by Paypal. Today is Jan 28 and it still hasn’t arrived. Customer service dud send a reply to my email providing tracking info. When I click on the link the date keeps getting moved further out. I believe its a scam.

I ordered a jacket for my dog over six weeks ago, it has not arrived and petyfy won’t even answer my emails.
So a few days after I posted this I got an email saying that they don’t know where my package is but they were going to give me a complete refund but I haven’t heard from them since.

I ordered a waterproof coat for my border collie puppy. I ordered 2XL figuring she would grow into it. She is 6 months old and her chest is now 24 inches. The coat is too small! Looks like a decent coat but it doesn't even fit her now......

Petyfy has to be a fraudulent company. As I ordered two products on December 27th. They charged my credit card and stated the items were shipped. Nothing has been received and their customer service does not answer emails or answer phone calls. Very upset about this company. Will never use again and will warn others about this company.

DO NOT order from this company. They charged my account and two months later, no word, updates, response to my inquiry on when dog jackets would arrive. SCAM company -- I'm not going to order anything I see on FB or Insta accounts again. Thankfully, PayPal refunded my money. BUYER BEWARE.

Zero stars really. Ordered my jacket harness on Dec 9th. Never came. Customer service is a joke. Don’t waste your time or money!!!!!!

Scammer alert!! Like other reviews, if I could I would give a zero. I ordered my product, it was taken from my credit card, but I never received the product. Received emails from Petyfy stating that product was behind schedule. I ordered about 2 1/2 months ago. I tried contacting them several times and never receive a response. I wish I would have looked for reviews before I ordered.

Can you give less than 1 star? Has been more than a month with no communication and no response to emails. Still waiting for my order.

I ordered the jacket on Jan 2, and have still not received it. I sent an email to the manufacturer,and 72 hours later, have had no reply. I would not order from petrify again

I ordered my products on December 26th and still have not recipe my products every time I try and get an answer I get the same automatic responses and it takes days for anyone to respond, so far not happy at all, I hate leaving bad reviews and have tried to let them make it up, but now they are telling me my items ore sold out and now I’m fighting to get a respond for my refund

I love the products and it appears that customer service is great. My puppy is loving the quality of everything that we have gotten her.

I wish I read these reviews - I ordered a dog coat and a puppy back pack on Dec 17th, it is Jan 25th and they still haven’t arrived. I have contacted the company to complain and enquire twice but have not received any reply To add insult to injury- I did receive an email asking me to rate and review the items that I never received- DONT GIVE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY ANY BUSINESS.

I ordered a backpack and did not receive for three weeks...the backpack did not fit my puppy and I did not receive any info from the company about returns for another week. They want me to mail the backpack to Austria for more money than i paid with no guarantee they will refund. Very bad customer service.

I received the coat on 12/28/20, roughly 3 weeks or so after I ordered it online. I have a 16 lb dog that wears a large coat. When I received the coat, the coat would not wrap around my dog, the coat was roughly two sizes to small.

I contacted the company and never received a response until I followed back up with them. The customer service rep who answered my email didn't understand what I was telling them that the size they sent me was correct, but the size was two sizes two small and I wanted a refund. As of 1/24/21, I have reached out to the company three times and have not received a response back and they are ignoring me.

I had to contact my credit card company to fight the actual charge and they have credited my credit card in full.

Do not be fooled, this company is a joke and the coat came from China, it was fully shipped from China and made there. The ad came up on my Instagram page and should have done research before ordering.

I should have read these reviews prior to placing the order. My complaint is and echo to all the previous one star complaints. I did send a email on the 23 Jan 2021 requesting a responses for the status of the order. Did recieve a response on the same day from a person name Pearl. All it stated is that they acknowledge the recieval of my email and a ticket was created. With a disclaimer stating there will likely be a delayed. Not holding my breath for a status response, since they haven't been in touch since the order was placed. I would not recommend this product to anyone in the clubs I belong to. Will post this on the clubs websites.

It doesn't deserve even one star. I bought a coat and a pair of boots for my puppy for Christmas. The merchandise arrived a MONTH after my purchase. My puppy who was 11 weeks old at the time purchase grew up by then and didn't fit in the merchadise hence I wanted to return the items. I contacted the customer service and I was given a return address in Austria (you think this would be a joke!) which isn't in line with the return policy on their website. When I pointed this out to them, I haven't heard back. I have waited a week and now I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. Shame on you, what a scam you are Petyfy!

Ten days ago, I ordered a waterproof jacket and got an immediate confirmation email, but no order number. I have not received any updates letting me know the product has shipped. And two attempts to contact the company have produced no responses. My credit card has already been processed and I have no way to cancel the order. I'll probably buy a different jacket elsewhere and return this one for a refund if it ever arrives.

No product or response after 3 weeks of attempting to contact. No phone support or response to email. Filing claim with bank for refund. TOTAL SCAM.

Ordered nice looking carriers for my dogs. I did not know that the items came from China, and that is where I see this company gets lots of bad reviews. Not the quality of the merchandise, because I have not received the items yet, but in the communication and practically useless app they ask you to download for tracking purposes. The shipping takes an extremely long time and there you are, excited about your purchase but have no idea of what is going on, the app will not give you any information or updates. I wish their products would not come from China, or at least that the shipping agency would give you updates every few days. All the excitement of purchasing the carriers is gone, way too long of a wait without knowing what is going on. I don't think I will order from Petify again. Looking around for other sellers, Chewy has great communication and fast shipping, will see what they have in their store.

Still no order. Been 6 weeks and the app they tell you to download to track your order, there still isn't any tracking uploaded regarding my order. Wish I reviewed the poor customer service comments before even placing my order what a waste of $45. Never again.
