Would rate with zero stars. Ordered two coats for my corgis based on the size charts based on breeds. Did receive the coats 4 weeks after ordering. Very nice coats but they were very small and did not fit my dogs at all. I emailed them, tried to call them and left messages on their site. My goal was to return the coats and receive help from them to order the correct size for my dogs. Received only one email that they ignored my request. Recommended that I donate the coats to dogs it will fit and they would refund the $75 that I paid. Well, no refund. Have filled out another message on their website but have not heard anything again. DO NOT order from this company. It is obvious I will not receive the refund.

Scam! Take your money elsewhere. This is a scam company. It appears to be owned by a young woman. But it’s just a scam company based in China. It’s been almost 8 weeks since we placed the order. Nothing has arrived. The customer service phone line is a fake, and the “chat” messaging is also just a computerized loop. You are just throwing your money away here.

Ordered two coats and leashes 12/29. They charged my card but NO COATS or leashes have arrived. Their customer service is shut down. They do not answer emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Order a winter jacket for my dog using their sizing guidance (xxl) and added 1 size up to make sure it was large enough. It took over 5 weeks to arrive and then the xxxl jacket was WAY too small. I contacted them about returning for exchange and was told no exchanges (not their written policy). They offered to send me another correct size BUT ONLY IF I PAID an additional 50% of the cost of the jacket plus shipping. Do not buy from this company!!!!!!

Well I wish I'd seen all these reviews before I ordered from this sham of a company. I ordered a dog coat over a month ago and of course it's never arrived. I've tried to contact customer service but no one will respond. If I had known it was coming from China I wouldn't have even ordered but that in itself says alot. Crap!!

BEWARE-I ordered a dog coat from Petyfy on January 2. It never arrived and the company did not respond to my Jan 22nd inquiry about the order. Don’t place your trust- or your money- in this company.

Finally I got satisfaction! After my review on the poor customer service I finally was refunded! It appears that it may have taken my negative experience being posted to finally get results- whatever the case, I was finally refunded the purchase of the dog jackets. Reviews definitely help potential consumers in making their own decisions on where and what to purchase. I for one will go elsewhere in the future.

This online company displays some very nice pet products at reasonable prices. The problem is that it is unlikely that you will actually receive the merchandise nor receive a refund when they inform you that this is an ongoing problem. Their customer support is very slow to reply and when they do it is never good news for the customer. I have continued to contact the customer service person requesting (for the 4th time) that I am awaiting the refund that she informed me that I could have. My assumption is now that the company is fraudulent.

I ordered a harness coat for my dog in early December. I knew that ship times were crazy this holiday season but it still took 4 weeks to get to me. Even after following the measurement guidelines the coat was way too small (I ordered a medium for a 15lb yorkie mix). I contacted them and they said to donate the coat and they would issue a refund....never happened and cannot reach anyone via phone, chat on the website or email. Worst customer service ever.

I really wished that I read this reviews before I gave them money just like lot of people here. I have same story just liked others.
I made orders on December 31st 2020 today is February 10 I haven't received my refund which they told me wait about 3 to 5 days to get my refund but this was January 28 2021 and i was dumb to checking my bank to see I got my money back.
Like many like others people here I worked hard to get money but seems like this SCAMMING COMPANY making so much money lie to us. I wonder anybody can do something about this company SCAMMING lot of people's. Money. Even just here reading reviews so many people lost there money but this company made so much money for done nothing.
Hope one day Some KARMA will get this company.

I ordered my backpack and booties Dec31st, 2020. Still has not arrived! Very frustrating! My dog had spinal surgery Dec. 2nd and I needed the backpack for his recovery. It’s interesting that they continue sending me solicitations but can’t supply my order. Never again from this company!

Have been scammed for a jacket expense, nothing coming and nobody to talk to.

Ordered a dog coat from this website. The coat never arrived. We contacted them and they gave us nothing but excuses through email. Now we cant contact anyone or get a hold of anyone. Every method of contact has an excuse. Now they are saying we want to send you another one but they are out of stock now. We contacted our bank about what we believe is a possible scam website. We are filing a dispute. I dont recommed you buy anything from this site. If they are legit they need to step up and get their act together otherwise we need to get them shut down because they are ripping people off.

I actually ordered a back back early December 2020 and did receive it in early January 2021. I was not aware that it was to come from China. Our trade laws with China are precarious at best. If you can, be patient. I found the item to be well made and my granddaughter and her fur baby love it. Hopefully their shipping problems resolve soon.

The backpack never arrived and I have not been refunded after requesting one. They have told me it was lost in transit yet haven’t replaced or refunded it!

I ordered a coat on December 26. Email said it was delivered. I never saw a coat. PayPal reimbursed me. I thought this could be an innocent mistake. I reordered the same coat. I got an email a few weeks ago that said the coat was on it's way. I haven't seen it. Now, I read the reviews and wonder.

I would like to be leaving a review of the jacket I ordered on Dec 22, 2020, however since I have not yet received it I cannot.

I ordered on 12-30-20 and have not received my order. I have put in at least 4 request as to where is my order and have not heard a word. I will never order from this company again.

Do not buy from this company! I see other reviews with similar experience. I place my order online with Petyfy on January 1, 2021. My credit card was charged the same day. I received a confirmation email but no other updates about my purchase. Since that order I have received numerous emails to buy more (today's email states they're almost out of the product I purchased!) and on January 21 received an email to share the positive feedback about my experience!! I have emailed, called (no one there), submitted chat messages (no one there), and messaged them via their Facebook page and have received NO RESPONSE to any of my attempts to contact them! I will be reporting them to my credit card company and other authorities.

Ordered two jackets on 1/8/21. The tracking number says it's "in transit" still as of today, 2/5/21. I tried to email twice - no reply. I tried to call and the recording states they don't have any operators to take calls due to Covid to send an email or use Chat. I tried Chat feature and again they don't have anyone to respond! Seriously a SCAM!! Do NOT purchase anything from Petyfy!!
