Took my money, never received item. Unable to get in contact with company. My emails were never answered. Don't buy from this company. They are a rip off!

Same experience as many others; bought in December, never got the order nor the reimbursement. Another scam, pity, they had nice stuff.

IM with every review posted so far. As others I ordered in December, a dog nail trimmer and a coat from this co. Received the trimmer, but not the coat . Sent numerous emails and called phone is no good they finally after 6or7 emails I got y refund but not till after I called better business bureau. So my advice to all who ordered from this co. Turn them in to your AG office

I ordered TWO dog jackets in December and in late February I sent an email to the company and like others received an initial response telling me that my package was "lost in the mail". They offered refund or to re- ship my order. I opted for that but they have not responded to any further emails to confirm ! I'm going to dispute the charge with my credit card company! Also the phone number in the email they sent me doesn't work!

I wish I could rate this company with negative stars after over 2 months and countless emails they don't even answer any more.

Horrible customer service. I bought a jacket late December 2020. They finally responded early February 2021 to issue a refund. It now early March and no refund.

Scam company. My experience same as most posted. Delivered a junk product after 5 weeks. Said they’d reship, never did. Contacted and they promised a refund. Never happened. Avoid PETYFY!!

I seem to be with everybody else. I'm still waiting for my order and it's a month.

I ordered a dog coat/harness combination on December 27, 2020. When it didn't arrive, I sent the company an email. Got a lovely e-mail back from "Janine" apologizing for the delay, offering me a $10 coupon, and assuring me she'd contact the delivery department and let me know the status of my shipment. The coupon and the promised e-mail have yet to materialize.

I tried calling Petyfy and got a recording telling me no one's answering the phones because of the pandemic; customer service is all by live chat now. I tried to go to the company website, but it no longer exists. So I called my credit card company to dispute the charge and have had my account refunded.

This company is bogus and appears to be part of a trend. As more people have acquired pets during the pandemic, more scammers have set up fake companies to sell products to the new pet owners. The Better Business Bureau has written an article about it titled, "BBB Warning: Beware of Online Pet Product Retailers Who Fail to Deliver."

I ordered a dog coat from Petyfy a couple months ago and still have not received it. I know things are slow from covid, but this is ridiculous!!

It did take along time to get but ordered during Christmas rush. I love the dog jackets. Very well made. LIFETIME GUARANTEE!

I ordered two collars and an extra large jacket on Dec 31, 2020. They took out the money but have not received anything. I try and track it but says shipped but that is it.

Agreeing with others that money is taken up front and no product received which was ordered Dec. 29, 2020 and still not received Feb. 20, 2021. I did receive an email reply to my Jan. 21, 2021 email explaining "unusual delay" of shipment due to holidays, etc. and promising me a $10 coupon. Well no product and no coupon almost a month later! The portrayal of the company as owned by a young American woman is complete hypocrisy since the dog backpack I ordered is shipped from China!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a dog jacket and boots for my dog at least 2 months ago and I have yet to receive any items I bought. I emailed customer service and got an automatic response that they were reviewing my ticket. That was over a week ago and haven’t heard anything. This company is a scam.

I saw their ad on Facebook and really liked the jacket they were selling. I ordered it on December 16, 2020 and have still not received it. I wrote to them and they said to be patient, that shipping from overseas took time. I also did not realize this was from China. I would never have ordered from them if I had known that. I have written back multiple times and still not received my order, so I am most likely out nearly $40. DO NOT order from these people, just a scam. Really pisses me off.

I was really happy with the backpack I received. However, after less than 2 months my backpack is falling apart. I've tried several times to get them to replace my bag, but nothing. Also, I received one in Medium for my 7lb Maltese, but it's falling apart. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!
