I love this company. I love the customer service and care. So prompt to get in touch to remind me I'd run out of repeats for the medication that was on file so I could get in touch with the vet etc. Online dashboard etc easy to navigate. I also love the arrangement with my pet insurance for a discount on medication. So helpful.

I've been using Petscripts for a while now, and it’s always been a great experience. The online store is super easy to navigate, but it did take me a couple attempts to find out where to use my Bow Wow Meow pet insurance discount. Their pricing is competitive, so I feel like I'm getting good value for my money given our pup is on a lot of meds for her allergies.

What really stands out, though, is their customer service. The Australian-based team is fantastic – they actually pick up the phone and call you or your Vet if there are any issues with your pet’s prescription, which I really appreciate. It’s a nice touch that makes the whole process feel more personal.

Delivery is always prompt, even out here in Perth, which can sometimes feel like the end of the earth when it comes to shipping. Overall, Petscripts has been reliable, affordable, and just easy to work with. Highly recommended for fellow pet owners!

I had placed an expensive order for dog medication but sadly my dog passed away before the medication was sent. Petscripts refunded me without an issue.

Found these guys as my pet insurance has a promotion for half price scripts. Very easy to deal with communication great . More expensive than my normal supplier but cheaper at the moment with promotions

I’ve been buying my dogs meds from petscripts for awhile now and just prior to Xmas my delivery was supposedly delivered……..to the wrong house, no fault of petscripts whatsoever. I panicked knowing it was Xmas and called them but couldn’t speak with a human being as Aussie post does not employ HUMANS to answer any calls.
Petscripts went above and beyond to help me. I tracked down my parcel and it clearly stated my address yet the postie delivered it 2 houses up…..
I am so grateful for petscripts kindness and support in helping me track my parcel.

I have only ordered once so far and waited before writing this review.

Medicines that needed to be refrigerated arrived cold with sufficient packing which is excellent.
Syringes were missing with the order, however customer service were extremely responsive and the missing items sent express straightaway. Accidents do happen, delivery accidentally posted to the wrong address, but they were quick to rectify and there was no back and forth between company and Auspost.

I would find the service provided faultless and definitely will order again with peace of mind at this stage.
