I had a great experience using Vetly when my dog Flynn suddenly developed a cough and went off his food. As a fairly new dog owner, I was pretty worried and wasn’t sure what to do.
Dr Bronte was fantastic, she gave really clear advice about what might be going on and what I could do at home. She was also very reassuring and took the time to answer my questions, which helped settle my nerves a lot.
The whole process was quick, convenient, and a lot less stressful than rushing straight to the after-hours emergency vet. I felt confident that Flynn was okay and that I had a good plan moving forward. Would recommend to all new pet owners!
