Very reasonably priced compared to…
Very reasonably priced compared to others on the market and even had a reduction in price this year dispite claims! Pay out swiftly. Just be sure to check inner policy limits, like cruciate etc.

Extortionate renewal increase
I was in hospital at the time of renewal so didn’t get the chance to see the extortionate price the new monthly amount had risen too. The price is insane for just the one dog who’s had no claims in years. The price increase is not justified if I could cancel now I would but that would cost me even more. I will NOT be renewing next year. In fave with the cost I may not even bother and suffer the consequences of the need arises.

I completely understand your frustration, particularly as you were in hospital at the time of your renewal and therefore did not have the opportunity to review the new monthly premium before the renewal took effect.
We appreciate that a significant increase can be difficult to understand, especially when you have not made a claim for several years. Renewal premiums are calculated using a number of factors, including your pet’s age and breed, rising veterinary fees, underwriting costs, claims experience and the increasing cost of veterinary treatment, including the costs associated with hospitalisation.
We’re sorry that you feel the price is unjustified and that this has left you considering cancelling your cover. We would really appreciate the opportunity to review your policy with you and see whether there are any options available that could help reduce the premium.

Easy to set up and good initial price but...
Easy to set up and good initial price. Have had no need to claim yet so can't comment there. On renewal the price jump was pretty large considering we had made no claims.

Excellent 10/10
Been with Petgevity a few years and have found their service excellent and very easy to communicate with. When our dog became Diabetic They paid all our bills which were alot) and when it was time to renew Policy it was amazing it didnt go up anywhere near what we thought it would .Highly recommend Petgevity
