We are sorry to hear about the issue with the flickering lights on one of the buses. We understand how uncomfortable that can be, especially during longer journeys, and we are sharing this with our maintenance team so it can be properly checked and resolved.
We also understand that the overnight journey from Nazca to Arequipa can feel quite long and tiring. At the moment, this route is operated overnight to make the most of travel time and allow passengers to arrive earlier the next day in Arequipa, but we completely understand that this may not suit everyone. Your feedback is very important, and we will make sure to share it with our team as we are always looking at ways to improve the experience and explore possible alternatives.

Peru hop made exploring the beautiful country extremely easy! But hands down the best part of the whole experience was the host, Elmer. He treated everyone like family and had immense knowledge and passion about his country. I don’t believe the experience would have been the same without Elmer.

We found Peruhop to be a great and friendly way to get around southern Peru
We found Peruhop to be a great way to get about from La Paz into Peru and on to Arequipa. You are very responsive to questions (and we did have some). Your guides made us feel very welcome. They were very professional. And the three tours we did with you were very well organised -Isla del Sol, Amantani homestay and Colca Canyon. Would definitely recommend. Two small points. The hotel in Puno (Nyra) was not wonderful, no hot water and very poor WiFi. On the Colca canyon 3 day tour we did, breakfasts on both days 1 and 3 (but not 2 in the canyon) were extremely basic. Understands this is an inexpensive excursion but anything to improve the breakfast quality would surely be appreciated by all.

I recommend PeruHop to explore cities of Peru. We went from Lima to Cusco, stopped for a night in Paracas and Huacachina, two nights in Arequipa and one night in Puna. I admire this company logistics and customer service: we felt taken care of. The guides are top notch,we had the best experience with Monica and Hannah.

Snowboarding a must do!
Diego was an awesome guide. And he was very concise in his communication and instructions for each part of the experience. The guide on the boat was also very good and informative about the history of natural environment and its creatures. I learned a lot and of course the sand boarding was an absolute blast.

We had a great time with the team of peru Hop. We visited the ballestas islands, the national park of paracas and a historic hacienda. Arturo & Sergio were great hosts. The trip was perfectly organised and we learned a lot about the area and history from them. We would recommend booking this tour.

Wow what a day
Wow what a day! It was amazing, I can't recommend this trip enough. It was a long day:5:35 pickup, 23:30 drop off , but really worth it. The organisation was excellent. We were kept informed all the time. Fiorelka was an exceptional tour guide. Her English was very good and so easy to understand. The coach was very clean and comfy. The islands were teeming with wildlife and our boat driver told us everything we were seeing. The highlight was the dune buggy and sand boarding. We thoroughly enjoyed this part of the trip. The oasis was beautiful. All in all a very good day which I highly recommend.

Peru is an amazing adventure
We discovered the Peru Hop service last year while taking the Express bus from the Lima Airport to Miraflores. I enjoyed my Peru trip so much that I booked a 2nd trip this year with Peru Hop.
The Customer Service was excellent. Very proactive and quick responses through WhatsApp.
The buses were very comfortable. Lots of leg room !!
The tour guides were amazing. We had Neil and Sergio for the majority of our trip. They seemed to have endless energy. Amazing experience.

Bus was an hour late picking us up in…
Bus was an hour late picking us up in Lima. It finally arrived, and we were told to pick a seat at the back of the bus when we paid extra for reserved seats at the front. Luckily we argued and got them. The whole day we were in catch-up mode because of the early delay. Islas Ballestas was cool but super touristy (didn't expect that). Diego was great - he gave really good basic instructions prior to each stop. It would have been nice that we knew the Pisco Tour stop meant we had to pay for the food, lots of passengers were equally surprised and were talking about that.
Dunes part was cool but I recorded a total of 15 minutes of actual "drive time" on the dunes. Diego made a great toast.
On the way home another delay leaving Huacachina. Once again, we had reserved seating issues, we board the bus and people are in our seats. The guide is asked us to use different ones when we specifically reserved 3 & 4... The people were then asked to be moved, to which they did, however it was just annoying.
In conclusion, the price of the tour was reasonable; good value, fun/good english speaking guides, a few slight hiccups, but would probably recommend this tour to friends but with a "Very touristy" warning.

Regarding the delay during pick up in Lima, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. On that day, there was an unexpected incident on the road, which unfortunately affected the schedule earlier in the route.
We are also sorry to hear about the confusion with the reserved seats. Passengers who reserve seats should, of course, be able to use them without any issues, and we will reinforce this with our guides to ensure the seating process runs more smoothly.
Thank you as well for your feedback about the Pisco vineyard stop. Clearer information about optional food purchases is something we will continue to improve.
