I paid what i thought was a one time…
I paid what i thought was a one time price of like 1$ for an iq test that somehow turned into a monthly subscription. When i tried to cancel it says my email address isn’t connected to their site so i cant even log in to cancel. Yet for some reason they still have my card info and are still trying to charge me 39$ a month. When i emailed them to get help they just told me to log in with my email that i used to sign up and pay with.. I never fkng signed up. I just payed one dollar and now im getting charged.. I kept trying to tell support that and they just stopped responding so essentially they are now stealing from me.

Charged for a subscription I never wanted
I came to this site for one reason: to buy a single IQ test report for my school coursework. I entered my card to pay for that one report. Weeks later I found a $39.95 subscription charge on my card that I never intended and never knowingly agreed to. I used none of the site's other features and got nothing from it.
I submitted refund requests through their website feedback form four times. I got no response until I emailed their support directly. Their answer was that I had signed up for a trial that auto-renewed, and they offered 25% back "as a gesture of goodwill." If a company only offers to give back a fraction of a charge for something you didn't use or want, that tells you how they treat customers.
Whatever the fine print says, a one-time purchase should not quietly turn into a recurring charge. I'm sharing this so students and anyone else buying a single report know to check for a trial and cancel immediately, or avoid this site altogether. Extremely disappointing experience.

Was told this was completly free. Spent alot of time responding to a 20 page test and at the end found out It cost money to get the results. I dont appreciate the lie.
