I absolutely love my evening shoes they are unbelievably comfortable! My only thing I wasn’t too impressed with was how long delivery took but other than that I’m extremely happy.

Toen de schoenen nog niet kwamen heb ik een bericht gestuurd en kon ik mijn geld terug krijgen als ik niet meer wilde wachten. Ik zei dat ik nog een maand wilde wachten en toen kwamen ze na 2 weken. Fijne dansschoenen met lage hak voor tango, fijn dat je ze snel kunt aandoen met het riempje wat je kunt aanhaken.
Geen 5 sterren vanwege de late levering.

I have a drop foot limp due to MS and it never occurred to me to buy shoes designed for dance. These are great - super comfortable and well balanced. I feel 100% confident in these shoes for my wedding in August - thank you!

I ordered a pair of dance shoes in UK4.5 as I am a UK4 in normal shoes. When they arrived they were too small and I couldn't get my feet into them. I contacted customer services and Andy gave me a credit note so that I was able to order another pair in a different size. I ordered a different style in UK5 and they fit perfectly. Love them. Customer services gave excellent service and the shoes are really nice.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. I placed a large order over 500 euros, and they offered me a 20% discount on the shoes. I wanted to return some pairs because they didn’t fit or had quality issues. However, the 40% refund they offered was calculated on the discounted price, not the original price, which I found unfair. They did suggest another option: returning the shoes for a full refund, but with a 20% restocking fee plus expensive return shipping costs. Among the pairs we wanted to return, four were far too small, even though we followed the size guide, and two were of poor quality. What makes this worse is that they wanted to build a long-term relationship with me as a dance teacher, yet this is completely unprofessional and not in line with EU law, which grants a 14-day right of withdrawal without such restocking fees. In the end, we agreed to their compromise, but it was still a huge disappointment.

My purchase was just what I ordered and wanted. Very satisfied with them. I will order again

Gorgeous dress. Delivered quickly. Fits beautifully.
Slightly different colour from what I expected. Slightly more watermelon than strong red but absolutely delightful and so comfortable. I received lots of compliments.

It was suggested to me by Dance and Sway that maybe I would needed a size 3.5 rather than the size 3 I had ordered. As it happened the size 3 was the right size. So while I appreciated the intervention my advice would be to go with your usual size. Having said that the shoes are beautiful and I love them and would definitely buy from them again now I know how the sizing works.

I already have the leatherette dance shoes in black/red so ordered black/silver. The ones that arrived are black/gold but excellent anyway. Very satisfied with fit and comfort.

The Dress was beautiful! I was able to freely move in it and it was the right level of pizazz for my studio's dance showcase.

Ho acquistato due paia di scarpe da ballo da latino americano, un paio il tacco si è girato da solo dopo averle messe due volte, altro paio ha la pianta troppo stretta rispetto anche a altre marche e automaticamente non le posso mettere (nonostante la lunghezza sia giusta), mentre per il body che ho acquistato di zym è perfetto e preciso. Nel complesso devo dire di puntare forse più sui vestiti che scarpe
