Hi, we're sorry for the trouble accessing your results — your report should be viewable right on your account dashboard once you're logged in.
On the plan side, the initial charge covers a trial period that continues automatically at the regular recurring rate unless cancelled beforehand, which is disclosed at checkout.
Cancelling is simple and can be done anytime at https://persolibrary.com/cancel-sub, and if you're still having trouble viewing your report, reach out to us at https://persolibrary.com/contact-us.

I keep getting asked for ratings when I haven't even been able to see the results & read the information. That's like asking a dining customer how their experience was after they ordered, but before they got their food.

Hi, that's a fair comparison, and we appreciate the feedback on the timing — we'll pass it along. In the meantime, your results should already be viewable on your account dashboard once you're logged in, so it's worth checking there.
If you're still not able to see them, reach out to us at https://persolibrary.com/contact-us and we'll help sort it out.

Hi, thank you for sharing this. The initial charge covers a trial period, and if it isn't cancelled before that ends, it continues automatically at the regular recurring rate — that's likely the subscription fee you noticed.
As for your report, it should be saved on your account dashboard, so logging in should let you view it. If you'd like to cancel, you can do that anytime at https://persolibrary.com/cancel-sub, and if you still can't find your report, reach out to us at https://persolibrary.com/contact-us.
