Material quality was ok, price acceptable, and delivery time good, but packaging was not. Aromachemichals should not be shipped in plastic dropper bottles and the only powder that is allowed in a zip-lock bag is nose candy!

Great service with a huge selection of fragrance ingredients on offer. I highly recommend them. Prices are very reasonable too.

very satisfied with our order but we mark down for the worst website experience i have experienced.
when you have a few items in cart it runs so slow but i mean slow. we just tried to place another order. for just 9 items, it took us 30 mins. then we tried to check out, it hanged for 3 mins , asked us to log into our account which we did and then the whole order replaced with an abandoned check out from last week which we abandoned because it was taking so long. so we just waisted 40 mins. having to do all this again doesnt appeal to me right now just for 9 products. Last week when we abandoned i had to buy elsewhere unfortunately.

The best part of the perfume extract store is that is caters to hobbyists as well as professionals. The sheer volume of choice is astounding!
I had been put off by other online perfumers materials stockists as they can be odd and aloof and supercilious . And make you spend a hefty minimum. (Which this store doesn’t) Others are frequently out of stock of one thing and then out of stock of the other you wanted. And most are overseas where the P&P is beyond ridiculous.
At perfume extract the P&P is gloriously low and when you buy the 10 G/ML bottles then can be put through the letterbox.
Please don’t misunderstand me, this one stop shop certainly caters to the professional as well. They just make it easier for people to get started without being put off. THANK YOU GUYS
