After my initial review
After my initial review, in which I mentioned that I was very satisfied with the product but disappointed with the gift wrapping, I was contacted and the issue was resolved very quickly. I received a refund for the gift wrapping, which I truly appreciate. I would like to thank the team for their prompt response and excellent customer care. Great customer service is not only about offering quality products but also about how issues are handled, and in this case my experience has been very positive. Thank you!

Neither sticky nor slick...
I have used many different brands of beard oil over the years - some cheap and some quite expensive - this beard oil is the best I've used: smoothes down the wilder beard hairs without leaving any feeling of tackiness or stickiness but without also leaving your beard releasing oil on your hands or clothes for the rest of the morning. It is just right. At first the scent is quite strong but it dissipates nicely only giving of faint elements by the afternoon. Would recommend.
