Otherwise ….You will receive your precious aroma chemicals etc..you have purchased n care for represented/ filled in a China’s worst cheap PLASTIC VIALS ! While other reputable other Uk businesses as served their products Etc.. always in a brown bottle as standard !! No upgrade You get plastic ! Yes I have always upgraded my bottles with all my purchases n only this time I didn’t, and there you go n we are here ! Just Saying ,Many Thanks 😇

For the benefit of readers, the original version of this review contained a significant factual error: the order contained no essential oils. It comprised five aroma chemicals/perfumery materials—four supplied as dilutions—plus 100 ml of IPM solvent.
Glass-bottle options are presented on the relevant product pages. As the reviewer acknowledges, they had selected this option on previous purchases but “this time” did not. Every order, including its packaging, is prepared according to the variations purchased. Because no glass option was selected, the applicable standard packaging was supplied.
EDIT:
Since our original response was posted, this review has been substantially edited by the reviewer. Its first version incorrectly described the purchase as “essential oils,” which was subsequently changed to “aroma chemicals” after we highlighted the distinction. Essential oils and aroma chemicals are two very different product categories, yet the original wording conflated them despite the order containing no essential oils. The current review also describes the standard plastic containers supplied as “vials,” although no vials were supplied. Taken together, these descriptions reflect a clear misunderstanding of both the materials purchased and the packaging supplied.
A further allegation was later added and then removed following an investigation by Trustpilot’s Content Integrity Team. The review currently displayed is therefore materially different from the original.
The current wording nevertheless confirms the central fact: the reviewer states that they had “always upgraded” their bottles previously but “this time” did not. They knew that glass packaging was an optional upgrade, had selected it before and knowingly chose not to purchase it for this order.
Before this complaint, the reviewer left a five-star review praising our “very speedy n secure package,” “Great prices” and “Customer service n support”; that review has since been removed. They also submitted several five-star product reviews on our website that same day. This one-star complaint therefore concerns only the packaging.
Put plainly, this is buyer’s remorse. After delivery, the reviewer decided they would have preferred an optional variation they knowingly did not purchase. That regret cannot reasonably be transferred to us or presented as a product defect, fulfilment error or service failure. The customer received exactly the products and packaging included in the order placed.
The suggestion that plastic is inherently unsuitable for perfumery materials is also incorrect. Chemically compatible plastics, including HDPE, are widely used for laboratory and chemical packaging because they are robust, break-resistant and cost-effective. Higher-barrier plastics can also provide additional resistance to solvent absorption or permeation. Glass may be preferred, but it is not universally necessary for every aroma chemical, solvent or dilution.
Four of the five perfumery materials in this order were dilutions supplied in small evaluation quantities, alongside IPM solvent. No leakage, contamination or deterioration was reported, and the reviewer’s five-star product ratings indicate that the materials met their expectations. The standard packaging provided a practical and economical option without any demonstrated effect on quality.
We also reject the implication that offering glass as a clearly disclosed optional upgrade makes our business less reputable than suppliers that include it as standard. Packaging policies vary. What matters is transparency, suitability and correct fulfilment; all three occurred here.
Responsibility for selecting the required variation rests with the customer. No error was made by us, and we stand by the products, our packaging options and the correct fulfilment of this order.
Given the difference in packaging expectations, we wish the reviewer well in finding a supplier whose standard packaging better aligns with their preferences.

Great selection, fast delivery, and lovely pricing
I have ordered from this website three times already, and each time I was very satisfied.
I’m amateur beginner, who is trying to create own alcohol perfumes as an another of 100 hobbies I have. This supplier is absolutely fantastically satisfies my crafty goblin needs.
Delivery within UK is so fast, I was very much baffled when I’ve got my very first parcel. Some other suppliers offered either an extending waiting time to simply prepare my order, or shipment time was a bit longer. Perfume Extracts shipped my three orders next day every time, and I’ve got my parcels like 2 days after!
I’m not chemist to judge the quality of the materials, but my attempts so far to create perfumes are absolutely delightful. And I do like the pricing as well! Especially, for some who is just dabbling into this craft. And the ingredient selection is so big, I get lost sometimes in the pages and descriptions, but search and tag options are helpful. (However, I’d love to see some more field flowers’ extracts/essential (broom, heather, honeysuckle) oils besides most popular flowery ones)
Anyways, I do not get why they don’t have more reviews, so I thought I definitely should leave one.

A real breath of fresh air
