I ordered two bras in February still have received them or a confirmation. Its sad how people just steal from others I see the same complaints. Would like my money back i don't even won't the product at this point how can I make this happened or am I just sh** out my money I've been wanting to try their products for so long when I finally do its unprofessional and a Scam.

This company is a total rip-off. PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING!!!! I ordered a waist trainer and received a confirmation email that I can track thru DHL...they gave me a bogus tracking number and no one is ever available to chat. In the process of filing a claim with the BBB. Really wanted to give 0 stars. I really believe that the few good ratings that they received are from people that are in on the scam.

Fake company /rip off
I just wish I would’ve read the reviews before ordering. I have yet to get a shipping conformation and it’s been nearly a month. When I write and email they never respond. Then to have a no refund policy is straight bull. They need to stop advertising because it’s fake af.

Order over two weeks ago haven’t heard anything I’ve sent emails and still no response it’s safe to say this company is scamming people out of their money. Sadly they got me, I wouldn’t recommend you waste your time or money!

DON’T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! Total scam! I am embarrassed to say they got me. I even paid extra for 1 day shipping. I sent an email requesting a status update as their tracking page does not load. I got a generic response that they have a lot of orders to process. I have requested that they cancel my order and provide a full refund with no response.

I placed and order with them and haven't received my items yet. I am kicking myself now, because I checked the reviews on their page, but neglected to look in more places for reviews. I have tried the automated robot chat and I have tried calling the number that was on the website( that is disconnected). Now I have a claim open with them on paypal. So hopefully I get a resolution. I am feeling scammed like every other review I have seen on here. I should have just ordered from Amazon in the first place.

Ordered Nov 2018 and nothing 3 months later
If it was actually possible I would have given them zero she. I placed an order on November 26, 2018 and as of today I've yet to receive anything from them and it's March 1st!!! I have received some automated messages about they don't understand why my order hasn't been sent out when I emailed customer service, but still I have yet to receive any products or a refund. BBB is the next step.

Total scam
Total scam. Ordered two bras (which I later found at about a third of the price on another site - d’oh).
Was really busy after placing the order but realized after a while that I hadn’t even gotten an email saying that it had shipped so I started to check it out. Once out of ten times trying, I got the order tracking site to load (soon after it became totally inactive). Contacted customer support, no response. Decided to proceed with filing a complaint with Paypal (thank goodness for Paypal). Got a response from PS customer support, and it was one of those ‘please be patient, you are important to us’ automatically generated messages. After some back and forth with the bot, stopped receiving responses. Got my refund from Paypal today. Screw Perfect Sculpt.

Costumer Service is not good
I wish i would have read reviews before i purchased. I ordered the sweat vest offline. When i clicked my size to purchase, it validated it and i checked out. I received the tracking info and was unable to track my package for days because the site the link sent you to was not active. I finally got a response from customer service (email because there was no number to call) and was able to track my item just to see they were shipping an XS (not the size i ordered). I realized that there was a glitch on the website so no matter what sized you pressed it defaulted back to XS at checkout. I explained to customer service who told me i had to pay a restocking fee and pay for my return shipping (all through email). I asked to speak to a live person instead of email and continue to get the same automated message. I am not satisfied at all!

This company sucks, I never received my product. I have sent emails & have gotten no response & called the number on the transaction from my bank it immediately states the voicemail is full. I have disputed this charge with my bank. They will not take my money!!! They should not be able to advertise on IG!!!! False experience!!!

Worst customer service. They take advantage being an online company by stealing your money.
Shipping paid by me both times. Item came with no tag. Sent back for a size exchange and 2 months later still haven’t heard any info even after contacting them via email, chat and on social media platforms. I’m Calling my bank. I’m done and over wasting anymore time with these people who rip others off. Reporting them to my bank and BBB also if you go on Instagram they delete all the negative comments.
