This company is crap....

This company is crap..... please dont buy from them. I ordered on black Friday 2018 and it's the 3rd of January 2019.. no product and customer service is nonexistent

SCAM ! SCAM !! SCAM !!!

Its Not The Perfect Sculpt, Its The Perfect SCAM ! I Ordered My Sweat Vest And Cream On BLACK FRIDAY !!! November 23, 2018 ! And Now Here It Is January 1, 2019 And I Have Yet To Receive A Response From Them When I Try To Contact Them And When I Try To Track My Package It Constantly Says “No Location Details” So I Am Reporting Them To BBB ! THEY ARE SCAM !!!!!!! Even With All The Celebrities That Are Supposedly Using This Product They Still Can’t Be Trusted ! Please Save Your Hard Earned Money And Always Check Reviews On EVERYTHING Before You Buy !!!

Finally received

I finally received my sweat vest in the mail today!!!! It took long over a month but it finally came. I gave up hope 1 week ago but it popped up in my mailbox today. Two stars because the customer service was HORRIBLE. No response, no communication, nothing. They make it seem like it’s a scam by not responding. I ended up ordering a sweat vest on amazon and I got it the next day. Amazon has the SAME EXACT SWEAT VEST on their site. So, to save yourself a heart attack and stress just order one off amazon.

I did not get my complete oder!

I ordered the bundle of 2 and I only got 1 in the mail! I have emailed this company over 4x's regarding this issue. I received 1 response saying that I got my product already and not the fact that only one was sent! I usually check reviews also...I "slipped up" as well because of all the celebrity endorsements! Big mistake because they get paid to promote products they do not believe in and I usually don't even care about celebrities but I have been looking for a bra like this so I dove in head 1st! At least this horrible company sent part of the order so I guess I will cut my loses & NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!

SCAM!!!!!! Never Received my product

My experience was just as the previous reviewer Ashley. I always check reviews before I purchase something especially from a company that I’ve never heard of. But this time I didn’t because I saw so many celebrities on Instagram using this sweat vest. So I ordered without hesitation. That was completely my fault. I ordered the sweat vest with the two sweat creams on December 7, by the next Friday which was December 14 I reached out to them via online chat. I was then told by “Vergel” processing would take two weeks due to high volume ordering. As the previous reviewer stated, in my confirmation email nothing states that there would be a two week processing period. It clearly states 2 to 3 business days as long as your order is placed by 3:30 PM which my order was placed before that. I called this morning a phone number they have listed on their website but no answer it says the voicemail is full (no surprise there). They have a scam alert on BBB the reads:

“Pattern of Complaint
BBB has received reports from consumers stating that they waited weeks for products that didn’t arrive. Consumers report being charged for products not received. Consumers have also reported difficulties reaching or receiving responses from the business.

On June 16, 2017 and July 5, 2017, BBB contacted The Perfect Sculpt to address a possible pattern of complaints.

BBB did not receive a response from The Perfect Sculpt. ”

I will be filing my claim with the BBB and posting the review on there as well.

I’m mad I slacked and didn’t read the…

I’m mad I slacked and didn’t read the reviews for this company smh I ordered the sweat vest on dec 7th didn’t receive the order emailed them didn’t receive a response yet they like to post on ig. I messaged on ig regarding my purchase and they stated it’ll be a 2 week processing due to the holidays then 2-6 days for shipping which is actually a lie cause that wasn’t noted through the online process and with my email confirmation nothing about 2 weeks was stated so I put in a dispute with my bank and the bbb. This was definitely a scam and ig needs to do better with allowing just anyone to have ads on newsfeed.

I got a notification on Jan 3 regarding the item being shipped which is ridiculous. I got my refund on the following day, honestly if I hadn’t put a dispute in with bbb I probably wouldn’t have gotten my money back. This company is unprofessional...my review & other reviews is a warning to stay away from this company.

I have not received my order i have left mesg on there FB instergarm and on there website. i have also called with no answers at all. i am reporting them to BBB today. i think everyone on here should do the same damn thing.

SCAM ALERT!!!

SCAM ALERT!!!! This place is a scam. They do not actually sell products. They take your money and never respond to help questions. I ordered Nov 21, messaged several times. Once I got an “we don’t have any record of your order”, then when I sent my order details, I haven’t heard back since. I called their number this morning and it is out of service!!! I’m on the phone with my bank right now, trying to recover my money 🤬
