Never received mine. I even spoke with a couple of service reps who told me they were working on it. This was 5 months ago and still nothing. Would not recommend

NO good customer service through email at all blocked me on social media and REFUSED to issue a REFUND even thou I asked to be REFUNDED within the same hour that I purchased it! Didn’t even receive the proper ounces that I paid for!

I would have put half a star if i could. The product sizes are way off. It stinks really bad and the smell is left on your clothes. They do not/ will not let you return or exchange the item. Their customer service is horrible. And they refuse to talk to you on the phone only email. I would not recommend this company or their product to ANYONE!

I ordered 2 bra strapless adhesive bundle a beige and black ..i paid with pay pal and got charged right away.. they said in few days it wil be shipped..no emails for days!! I emailed them and their reply was" its been shipped ,or it back ordered, we dont have size E anymore can we send you a size f? I said ok fine....then they said it shipped and hack ordered again and again!!! Size F meant maybe "fraud" lol.. then they send me a dhl tracking number which is also fake and no info.. so these ppl are liars, and biggest scammers!!! How do they still exist on inst@ and fb ??? I want my money or item or refund...this is not right!! 50$ thats our time and effort to make...its so sad and deceiving!!! Plz for god sake send ppl orders or give us a refund...really shady ppl..their company should be called "the perfect scam" send my hard working money back or my item... whoever owes this company your evil !!

I bought the sweat vest in a small. I'm normally a small in everything else. I put it on and it barely fits(too big) and to make it smaller the velcro will no longer touch its other side. So I contacted support who said they can do a store credit but no refunds. I hadnt even taken the tags off of it and hadnt worn it to work out or sweat in it. So they're answer was the store credit. So I went back on the site to order it again, except this time I ordered an XS, however store credit wouldnt work because you cant use it on a product that is already discounted (everything on the site) so I had to pay full price again. It was delivered and it feels just as big as the small. I contacted them again only to get store credit again. I advise them that you cant use store credit on anything discounted so they're answer was Just keep looking... ????? I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! It's a scam. i ordered a bra from them that they ran out of stock. instead of giving me my money back they are giving me store credit. they insist it is their policy to not give refunds and only store credit. On something they never delivered???
They are awful.. awful people. never buy from them total scam I basically got robbed of my money.

THE ITEM IS IN IT'S ORIGINAL PKG TAGS HAVE NOT BEEN REMOVED. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CALL AND THE NUMBER IS ALWAYS BUSY. HELP!!!

I wouldn’t even rate a one star on here. I purchased a push-up bikini and a sweat belt from their website on March 17th and received half of my order on March 28th. I write their customer service team every week and they keep saying that my order was fulfilled. One month later I’m still missing me my sweat belt! This website sucks all around and shouldn’t be doing business

If i could give a 0 i would. I ordered the vest, waist trimmer, and bra bundle. I never received the waist trimmer and vest nor would anyone look into it and the bras did not work and the tacky in them hurt. No refunds but could get store credit minus restocking fees. No way to reach anyone. Smh. DO NOT ORDER!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! IT IS A SCAM! I ordered 1 item and I received it in the mail and it was good quality so I figured I would order items from them again. WELL the second time I ordered from them I ordered 3 items. I only received 1 item and I have tried to contact them multiple times. The email responses are either automated or I go back and forth with no progress with the conversation and there is no help. I have called the number displayed on the website and it states it is disconnected. I have googled the company to see if the contact number changed and the other numbers I have tried said they were out of service. Even the address on the website when you google it, the building is up for lease as of January 2019. So definitely something not right about this company. Don't waste your money!

This company is a JOKE!!It took two months to get my product and when it finally came there was no packing slip or return label info to contact nothing. I had to contact customer service twice to even get them to ship my order. When they responded I received the same automated message

Anyways, it's "nice" to know I'm not the only one that's had a bad experience with them, but it totally sucks.

I ordered a bundle and didn’t receive the correct item for the bundle. I also ordered the strapless bra and it doesn’t fit nor work and it’s my correct bra size. I’ve sent multiple emails about my issues and still no resolution. Just going to call my bank and have the money refunded. Too much of a hassle.

I tried ordering a vest almost a month ago now & the payment is saying unfulfilled but they took money out of my account. I’ve emailed them several times & no one has even bothered responding. How the hell do I get my refund. What kind of scam website is this & why is it advertising so much but don’t even have a customer service number to call just a email that they DONT respond to.

I normally wouldn't bother writing a review but with this I have to. Not only did it take over a month to receive this so call vest. It was the wrong size. The material is the cheapest. Im not sure what they was thinking even trying to sell something like this. I don't know how it's going to snatch your waste when the material isnt tight and very cheap. Don't even bother wasting your time. & You don't get a refund. Very disappointing. I had to put a star in to get to this review but this deserves no star at all. A negative star! Thumbs down.

I ordered the swear vest over 2 weeks ago with no response as of yet!!!! I really wished I read the reviews first!!! It's a real scam with disconnected phone numbers that you are suppose to contact them with and all. I don't even know how to get my money back
