I'd give zero stars if I could. They are a total scam! I placed an order 7 MONTHS AGO. They immediately charged my credit card and I got an order confirmation, but I never received a tracking number or my order. I contacted customer service many times and they either ignored me or offered me store credit. I used the store credit to re-order, and again never received a tracking number or my order. Again I tried contacting customer service and they never responded. Never got a refund, never got my order, never even got a response! SCAM!!!

I placed my order in August, te special offer of one belt and three gels which coated me 59.99 plus postage 19.99.
A month later I texted athe belt and one cream.
I emailed the company to inform them the order they send was not complete.
I have not heard from the company since then I have emailed them numerous times, I filled in the form on their website on numerous times requesting for customer services to get back to me , no response at all. I continuously receive advertising emails daily offering me discounts.
I wish I had read their reviews before ordering from them.

I wish I could put Zero for customer service. I canceled and order on August 30. I received confirmation that it was canceled and that I would receive store credit. Then the canceled orders arrives on September 6 at my residence. Customer service said all sales are final. They won't even address that it was an error on their part. I am passing this along to ALL my family and friends, not to purchase from them. Two different customer service reps have given me the same standard response. All sales are final. I asked for a number to customer service and they say they are having phone issues, but I can drop an email. Why, so I can get the same response. It is well understood that no refunds are given. I wanted my credit like I was supposed to have, and not have a canceled order sent to me.

NO STAR! Customer service has been giving me the run around since April! Horrible Horrible service and horrible policies! If someone isn't pleased with their purchase, every other company i have ever bought anything from has given refunds when needed...Well they don't! So dont buy anything from them! It took so damn long for me to get it and when it got here, it was on for 10 minutes and the sides started to lift up! NO GOOD!
Still haven't heard from them...been since 2019 lol its 2024 now.

Purchase since july 14 didn't get my package
So I order since July 14 and I still haven't received my package and made several attempts of contacting them only to find out my oder is on back order, I was told it was shipped that same day and I should receive a tracking number in 3 -6 day I am still waiting to date for my package and I contact them only to keep hearing the same thing that my item was shipped and I will get tracking which is a big lie. They took my money send no package and refused to give me a refund only store credit and 30% which I dont need I would like my money back in my form of payment or send my package now! If your on back order and you didn't get my stuff ok buy dont lie about it's been shipped I'm very disappointed with tha company and I use to purchase alot but this will be my lost time.

Falls off within the hour -- Do not buy!!
I was excited to try the perfect sculpt bra and wore it on a dinner out. Before the food was at the table (about 30 min after putting the bra on), it was starting to unstick itself. I feel sorry for anyone who decides to try this at a wedding where dancing is involved. The bra didn't make it thru dinner and I threw it out. Such a waste of money and I shouldn't have had to deal with that when going out to dinner. Chicken cutlets are definitely a better way to go and more reliable!

Doesn't stay stuck. DON'T BUY
The idea is awesome and I had tried some other brands before with great success. Thought I'd try these ones. Very dissappointed. Concept is great, the quality of the garment itself is good, but the stickiness of the bra itself is horrible. I followed directions to a T. No lotions and had clean skin. Within 20 minutes the bras fell and the stickiness did not come back after washing as per instructions. I had ordered a few and tried all of them with the same lack of success. DO NOT BUY!

I placed an order in May
I placed an order in May. I received the wrong items. I tried calling...number disconnected...I tried emailing multiple times....nothing, went to the website and tried the "chat" option never a response. I even returned my items with a letter explaining i couldn't reach them. I still never received a response. I have never received the correct items or a refund. So I am out the money and the product. Be VERY cautious of placing an order here!! Unless you get what you ordered you will be very disappointed. If i could give less of a rating i would. Not sure how people can stay in business with ethics like these?

Very very bad
Very very bad. They should be investigated for fraud. All they do is give big influencers their products so that they can get free publicity. And we who actually pay for the product only gets a automatic email reply that they will look into it, but actually they are just taking our money.

Ordered in October. Said it was delivered in February so i went to check. Post Office said they requested it be returned so it didn’t even get to me before they took it back. no one has responded to my emails or calls. no refund. no product. $160 gone. NEVER BUY. what a scam of a company.

They are a rip off!! Ordered my vest and have yet to receive it! Sent several emails asking about my purchase which they assured me that it was sent out and on the way!
