Not how expected.

Quality is worse than I expected. After the first use there are some stains inside.

Good service

Got a jam pot from these guys, it came and had minor damage so let them know about this and they instantly sent a new pot. No hassle just helpful. Not yet used the pot but looks a well made product.

Came broken and didn’t got an answer back

I ordered a table and it came broken. I massaged them to get a refund and didn’t got an answer back. Very disappointing !!!!

Dishonest reviews policy on their website

Beware the reviews on their website - they remove negative ones. I left a review warning about a photo frame which was a very different colour to the image on the website (even allowing for monitors...it was supposed to be green but in reality was nearly black) I confirmed the review - but they removed it

Order #1969

This is the second time that the order arrived terribly damaged!! The packing was flimsy. The delivery company must throw the parcels around all over the place. You must be happy to accept this sort of loss otherwise you would be sorting out the problem
