Service was terrible
Service was terrible. No confirmation of an expected delivery date. Waited two weeks before calling up. Answer I got was, "oh, yeah, we are now waiting on more stock to come in, once we get it we will send it out" still no telling when it would arrive. Item was listed as in stock when I ordered so naturally wasn't willing to wait any longer. Was also listed as in stock on the website at the same time when I called up. Terribe service for an order over £100.

Hi A. Jones,
We understand your frustration and are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. We ensure that situations like such will not occur in future. Due to the uncertain times, manufacturers are currently facing large delays, which in return is affecting all retailers. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and we are doing our best to manage this. As stated on our website - standard delivery orders can take up to 7 working days, or more, due to the current climate, and some items from the same order may arrive separately.
We apologise again for the inconvenience caused,
Kindest regards,
Pearl and Bear Team
Products were good and as described
Products were good and as described on the website. One came a bit late, they wrote to me just after my order to warn me it would be late and offer a refund if I wanted to cancel. I thought it was good service.

Highchair - Initially out of stock
Despite an error in initial comms as the product shown on the site was out of stock, the P&B team acted quickly and provided excellent and prompt comms and service afterwards. They expedited delivery of our product when it arrived in stock, and it is an absolutely fantastic highchair.

Item never comes, impossible to contact them
I made an order 15 days ago. I paid extra £4.95 for delivery of a pair of sunglasses. The order has still not come. I have tried to contact them on Facebook and customer service email but I never get an answer from them. I will contact the bank tomorrow to get the money back. I wish I had purchased from somewhere else.
Edit: I decided to trust the response from the owner over here and waited another 2 weeks but they still never come. Please avoid this website and the company. Big disappointment to our little girl.

Actually disgusted. Bought my baby a baby gym at the baby and toddler show from this company 2 weeks ago. Have heard nothing from them since and have also emailed them and they have not replied. Very quick to take the money, not so quick to reply to an email. Just want my money back now to buy him one from somewhere else that have better customer service and actually send the goods!
