COMPLETE SCAM! They stole over $1,000 from my accounts from different merchant names. cancel your card and report the transactions to your bank.

I needed a pdf file made smaller and used this online company for the 1 page. Advertised price was $1.95. It did the job. I was contacted by the Fraud Department of my bank immediately asking did I agree to the charge. I said yes. 3 days later they took around $70.00 from my account without letting me know what it was for or why. Contacted the company, no response, you either can contact them on their contact us page which I did but the only other option is to cancel subscription button, never had a subscription or agreed to a subscription, however pressed that button as I thought it may help, and it says it will send you a code which never arrives so DO NOT USE THIS SHODDY COMPANY. They better refund that money they stole.

total scam. once paid a quid to change a PDF and they signed me up and have tried billing over 40 pound for their fee. they do not advertise this price and reading the other reviews, it seems like scamming is the only way they can get customers

I'm pretty sure I did cancel the renew subscription after using it for 10 minutes. Still for some reason my credit card was charged twice in germany, both valued at 50 euros. I could log into the website and the subscription was still on.
Another reminder to completely avoid using such terrible scammy "free" services like these. I will do everything I can to get a chargeback and block future payments.

I signed up for the one week trial subscription and canceled 3 days into said subscription because the service didn't do what I wanted. Then, all of a sudden, on day seven they still charged my card $49.95 regardless of the cancellation! Do not give them your credit card information!

I only paid for one pdf file. I didn't know there was a subscription linked to my action. I didn't agree to a subscription. They will not refund. They offered a "lifetime free plan" only. Bull shit action.

I signed up for editing pdf but wasn’t clearly told it would auto-renew into an $84.95 monthly subscription. The charge hit my account without warning. I contacted support immediately, didn’t use any paid features, and asked for a refund. They only offered a “Lifetime free plan” instead of a refund, even though I won’t use the editor at all. Disappointing experience.

Paid to convert 1 PDF and now they've suddenly taken my last £50 I didn't agree to a subscription, I didn't need one. Now going through the bank and requested a chargeback

I only payed for one pdf file I thought. The company then, without me knowing it, charges me 50 euro's monthy. I just discovered this on my creditcard. In my profile it says that I have a monthly description. But that is not what I chose. I have just sent them a message and hope for a full refund as I only discovered this now and it already started in march.

He querido editar un PDF en una aplicación que se suponía gratuita, y he recibido un cargo de 49,95 eur.
Me he quedado sorprendido al verlo, pues no tengo constancia de haber dado ni siquiera el número de m i tarjeta. Me parece un abuso el que se haga un cargo así, cuando no he recibido ninguna información de nada. Ni siquiera tengo una suscripción con esta empresa. Por eso, he solicitado que se me devuelva el dinero que me han cobrado

I used a one file payment option and shouldn't have been charged more than £2. I then got a text from my bank a week later telling me that they'd blocked suspicious activity. If was a payment for £46 from this company. I went in to cancel my subscription but got no confirmation of cancellation despite filling in the form three times. Today I've woken to them having somehow managed to take the money out anyway and absolutely no where in their website to show what my subscription status is other than to fill that form out again.
