They seemingly are a real company but they have hidden fees and they charge your card even if you canceled. MAKE SURE YOU'RE NOT CHARGED. They WILL charge you AFTER you cancel from their "Free Trial" and pretend like you never canceled. Their support are simply bots or people who will avoid refunding you BY ANY MEANS because this is most likely a fraud company by having people have "3 Days of Free Trial" then charging your card REGARDLESS of what you do.

On April 20, 2026, I used Files Editor and paid $1.45 for what my invoice identifies as a “Paid trial.”

Four months later, on August 24, 2026, I discovered a $249.00 charge from PDF-BILLING.COM for a 4-month subscription.

I recognize and authorized the original $1.45 payment. However, when I made that purchase, I did not understand that it would result in an automatic $249 renewal four months later, and I do not recall this future $249 charge being clearly and prominently disclosed to me.

I contacted Files Editor immediately on the same day the $249 charge occurred and requested cancellation and a full refund. Customer Support escalated my case to their Billing Department.

Billing subsequently told me that I had enrolled in a 4-month paid trial that automatically renews and that, according to their policy, renewal charges are non-refundable.

I have now asked them to provide the original checkout disclosure, the exact automatic-renewal terms presented to me, evidence showing that the $249 renewal amount was clearly disclosed before I completed the $1.45 purchase, and details of any renewal notification sent before the charge.

My case is still open. I will update this review to reflect whether the company ultimately refunds the $249.

If you make a small payment to use this service, I strongly recommend checking the subscription and renewal conditions very carefully and keeping your original invoice.

I did not expect or knowingly authorize a €249 payment. There was no clear indication to me that such a large charge would be attempted.

Unexpected AED 179 charge after a one-time PDF editing payment

I used Files Editor (files-editor.com) on my MacBook to edit a PDF. I intended to make a one-time payment for the PDF editing service and paid using Apple Pay.

I was subsequently charged AED 179, which I did not knowingly authorize as a recurring subscription. I was not expecting this additional charge and was very concerned when I noticed it.

I contacted their customer support immediately and requested a full refund. Their support team responded that they had forwarded my case to their Billing Department and marked it as a priority. I am currently waiting for the Billing Department to resolve the issue.

I am posting this review to make other customers aware of my experience. If there is a recurring subscription associated with the initial payment, I believe the subscription terms should be made much clearer before customers complete the payment.

I will update this review once the Billing Department responds and let people know whether the AED 179 is refunded.

My advice: carefully check the pricing and subscription terms before making a payment on this website.

SCAMMERS! I paid 50p to convert a file and this company stole my information and used it time and time again to try and take money from my bank account. I love on the breadline and thankfully there was no money to take. This company changes their name slightly to trick the banks anti-fraud technology and it works!! So BEWARE, even if you order a new card, as I did, they can still access the new account before you even receive the new card. This happened to me. I have just reviewed the original PDF.COM on Trust Pilot and clicked 'visit website', then came to review this one which is PDF.CUSTOMERS and PDFBILLING.COM then clicked 'visit website' and what do you know it takes you to exactly the same website. Because they slightly change the name, and the amount, they look like a different company to the tech so when you order a new card number it is automatically sent to venders so that your regular payments are not interrupted. I have several different names and I will be reviewing every single one and making sure all social media knows what they are doing. I am in the UK and the bank has said that because the company is not UK based there is nothing they can do except close the account completely. They are ruthless and greedy. Date of Experience, from March 2026 til 10th August 2026.

Not recommended. I was charged $189 for an automatic renewal I didn’t intend. Support refused to refund me, even though I contacted them immediately. Be very careful with the subscription and auto-renewal terms.

Worthless scamemrs will keep charging your credit card even after you cancel. Avoid them at all costs.

Please, stop charging me for a suscription that i already cancelled. And i can't find or remember the pdf service i was using for trial.

Edited one PDF. One time payment. My account is now being debeted €49.95 every 2 months. Reported fraude, blocked my debetcerd. Not funny!

Son una Estafa. Te cobran por Google o Apple Pay sin avisar, sin enviarte ni un email de suscripción ni de renovación, ni de ningún tipo de información. Te enteras si miras tu cuenta bancaria y por supuesto, no te hacen reembolso.

They will charge you small amount at the beginning and after 2 day with no authorisation they will change you again 50 EUROS.
The company is registered in Cyprus but billing country is USA -> outside EU.
This is fraud and must be banned.

I didn't even sign up for anything and got charged a monthly amount. I don't think they are a good company at all! I cancelled my credit card immediately to get rid of this monthly charge.

This website is a massive scam. I already unsubsribed yet it still billed me without my prior consent. I didn't want to use their service anymore yet somehow they stealthily re-subscribed me just so they could steal my money in the guise of subscription. Dont use this website cause this is clearly a fraud and an online money-stealing scheme.
