We've been fans of PPB for a while now, delivery is always so speedy and the products are top tier. We have a strong dog who pulls and it's so reassuring to know that she will always be safe in the harness and can't pull her way out of it.

We had the absolute privilege of meeting the team at Crufts, you don't see many CEO's/Business owners on the stand chatting to their customers but Sophie was doing just that. She (And the whole team) are so lovely and welcoming and genuinely wanted to get to know their customers.

5 stars is not and will never be enough for PPB.

I visited PPB at crufts this year and I’m absolutely astounded at how welcoming the staff were, the community that has been created, the presentation of the stand and the products available. I would recommend pawsomepawsboutique to everyone.

Love love love Pawsone Paws Boutique!!!! The items they have are so unique. I adopted a rescue dog and we wanted a nice harness for her. We decided on the new mad hatter tea party collection and we’ve had some many compliments. I love it that much I’ve ordered a second mad hatter tea party harness and lead just incase something happens to my first set.

Well I came across this company through Google looking for a harness for my girl what can I say there's so much to chose from and there all really lovely it's took me since last year to decide, today I place my first order and it's alice in wonderland can't wait for it to arrive. The service is fantastic highly recommend

Fantastic service, ordered late Thursday night and my dogs harness arrived this morning (Saturday). The harness is well made, looks amazing on my dog. My dog is a miniature dachshund so I struggle in shops to buy harnesses for him. I also looked at so many websites and PPB was the best value

Terrible. Second time ordering harness . It's always smaller than the sizes added on the item. And of course I lose money sending the item back. Never again will order from this page. Now I order from Temu instead cheaper and better.

First order sent one harness back and the other one is faulty. Never again!

The best products. Love that they fit all sizes which a lot of companies don’t cater for the larger dogs!!

Good quality products and the designs are so cute

I discovered PPB when they launched the Winnie the pooh disney sets, I bought all the harnesses and accessories except the id tags as they were unavailable. I was in regular contact with the company singing their praises. Sadly I experienced a couple of.issues first I ordered the wrong size harness and was unable to return it, then several times I paid next day delivery on launch night to not receive the items for over 2 weeks despite seeing in the ppb addicts group people had ordered the same items after me yet received them the next day without paying next day delivery. Then I accidentally made an order during an epileptic seiezure and although I emailed straight away the order was still processed and dispatched, I was offered a chaance to cancel it but by the time I received that message the items had been dispatched, then I received faulty harness, that I was informed was not faulty as far as the company were concerned, I updated my trustpilot review to reflect my disappointment, I then received an email informing me I had to remove it or shop else where, I removed it but was bamned from any further shopping with them leaving me with thousands of unclaimed reward points and unable to get the matching id tags for the sets. Despite appealing to PPB for a reconsideration which I understand because they were aware of my disabilities they are required to do so, I was blocked from being able to contact them.... or shop with them, yet they still use my photos and positive reviews on the website. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service provided here and distress caused. I do not recommend this company at all. As I say I was in regular email/live chat contact with ppb saying mostly positive things and giving feedback and product and delivery enquirys. Not negative messages at all. Even when facing issues I was polite and mainly happy with the service provided however it seems if you have a slight negative feedback the company ignore it and then ban you. They are still using my photos on the website too over a year later. A terrible and rude and cruel company discrimination of the disabled springs to mind when PPB are mentioned. Despite my love of disney and my dog being called Winnie I am so upset by the customer service I can't bear to use the items from ppb.

I contacted customer service for advice on a product they, replied immediately. I placed the order & it was delivered within a couple of days. I even received a free gift. Excellent service and great products.

Absolutely incredible service. I made a large order between new year and Christmas and unfortunately we had some issues with is arriving, PPB however went above and beyond to resolve the issues for me. Customer service was prompt and professional and my issues were resolved within a few days. I would give 10* if I could. 100% would be ordering from them again, as even when things go wrong, you can rely on them to handle this quickly and correctly! Thank you for the wonderful service!

Update 25/1/25: Pawsome Paws Boutique have been in touch and have worked to resolve my issue and a new harness arrived for my dog today. Hopefully I won't find the same issue occurring again. Customer service was helpful and responded quickly.

Original review: I love the design of the harness and the material is good quality. However, I am a bit disappointed that the stitching has already come undone on one side (I purchased on black Friday but it was a Christmas present so she has only been wearing it for a few weeks).

The tough trails harness cannot be beat! Have tried a number of harnesses and now I have found PPB tough trails harnesses I'm never buying another harness again. The designs are bright and vivid which make them pop against my dogs coat. I love how you can get whole sets collar, harness, id tag, lead, poo bag, blanket and bows. The blankets are a favourite of my dog, being a chihuahua cross she loves to burrow and her PPB blankets are her favourite ones to snuggle up in. Also love the dog bowls and human clothing. Cannot forget their amazing lick mat which has stood up to the teeth of my littlw deatroyer of "tough" toys. Definitely my go to company now!

Theeeeeee best dogs harness I’ve ever bought. Just bought my lil girl the mean girls harness and matching lead . The material is top quality and doesn’t soak up water from puddles like lots of other ones. I have tried lots of harness off other websites and this one is 100 per cent been the best. Will be purchasing more 🐾

Delivery is fast, communication excellent and the quality of products amazing.

Excellent quality products, I can’t wait to buy another design and all the matching items. Ordered Friday late afternoon and my parcel arrived on Tuesday even at Xmas.

Be careful if item doesn’t fit, despite using the online tool for measurements, when the item arrived it didn’t fit, no exchanges offered so item returned at a cost to me, went to reorder only to find the item had increased in price and basically told tough, so I’ve paid out nearly £10 delivery fees for an item I don’t have, wanted me to send a photo of item on my dog after I had sent it back, so wouldn’t recommend unfortunately based on their customer service,

Despite what they’re saying about looking into the item when it was returned, we’ve heard nothing from them, I eventually purchased the same item from somewhere else, in the size needed, who responded straight away to issues,

This company failed to respond over a weekend so left us no choice but to return item in the run up to Christmas promptly,

Just because you say happy new year, doesn’t make things better,
