The pupsicle holder is a solid premium product with a corresponding price tag. However, my dog and I absolutely love it and it is becoming, even after 3 days, a product which is essential to our routine. She gets so excited when I pick up the holder and take it to the freezer to put one of the popsicles I have made. So far I have made pupsicles out of a mashed banana shared between the tray, with a blob of Greek yoghurt and peanut butter. My other attempt was grated carrot and bone broth. My Cockapoo loves both of them and each keep her occupied for about 20 minutes. I have also tried her with one of the readymade balls (which I froze), this took her 55 minutes to finish!
The delivery was also extremely quick.

I was very happy with my purchase and order was delivered very quickly. The packaging was so nice and the harnesses were of great quality.

My JTRx loves his pupisle. I bought a large one as he is a strong chewer and quite obsessive once he starts. I've been making my own fillings, so far he's had lactose free yoghurt, blueberries and goats milk, also some peanut butter and goats milk. I'll check out your recipes as well.

We have been ordering toys and treats (usually pate and natural chews like bull pizzles) from Wooof since we got our puppy last year. Our orders have always arrived quickly, even with just standard delivery. There was one time when a bag of bull pizzles was mistakenly left out of my order. After contacting Wooof's customer service, I received a quick reply from Seth on the support team. A replacement for the missing item was sent promptly and the parcel arrived in a couple of days. Overall, I have found this to be a reliable place to get treats for our pup.

Sadly I never received my order. I reached out to them telling them this and they never responded. Now I have to figure out how to get a refund.

Loved their products, they had some really nice stuff on the website, however the most expensive item I bought didn't match the description or images on the product page and I saw them posting ai which was really off-putting, so I won't be ordering from them again.

Really happy with my order! Everything arrived quickly, was well packaged, and exactly as expected. The quality is great, and my pet loves it. The whole ordering process was smooth and hassle-free. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for pet supplies.

Fab company. I have the pupsicle and the bully stick holder, and both are great. Very sturdy toys, and have been great for entertaining my pup while in out of the house.

The pupsicle toys have truly been a life changer as well. I love making different recipes for my pup, and love seeing him try them! The recipe book that game with the toy via QR code has been well used, and was a very lovely add on.

Didn’t send me what I ordered.

Gotham softer walk harness ordered. Easy process. Regular updates and received quickly. The harness is lighter than previous ones I've had for my year old working cocker spaniel. He goes paddling at the beach and this harness is much easier to use,

We were sent the wrong item. I emailed the company with a video to show the wrong item was sent but we have not heard anything from them. Poor customer service.

15/7/26. I sent a second email to woof as requested still no response. Absolutely shocking customer care. Why reply to this review if you don’t act on it?

I recently purchased a cooling mat from WOOOF, absolutely incredible it keeps the pets cool in this heatwave. Seamless ordering process 10/10.

The positive is the item came very quickly the negative the first time my puppy wore the Zee Dog harness he was able to wriggle out of it easily and only because I was close by was I able to stop him running off by grabbing his collar. The fit was fine but it seemed to loosen as he walked so would bit recommend that product at all

My daughter suggested getting your products as her spaniel needed stimulation. I didn’t think it was going to work for my golden retriever who always has his brain somewhere else chasing rabbits etc but it is brilliant he loves boiled eggs in it and has just loved the frozen yogurt and banana which surprisingly didn’t make a mess as he licked it away before it had a chance to melt . It is very sturdy in construction and holds its own against teddy’s teeth and comes up a treat after dishwashing

I ordered the Pupsicle toy, with the freeze mold and 3 packs of pupsicle refills, spending over £70.
All 3 packs of the Pupsicle refills were out of date when I received them. I have emailed the company twice and have received no response at all. I definitely would not recommend spending any money purchasing from this company. Out of date products and appalling (non existent) customer service.
