Not really sure if it’s the company’s fault but still haven’t got my bracelet after 2 weeks!

$55 tariff fee that they do not publicize. UPS emailed me saying that I need to pay it before they will deliver. Emailed Patente to cancel the order and they never responded.

Great product, looks and feels amazing but 3 stars because it came slightly worn already with marks on the little submarine dots on the bracelet that come from having already been used or worn. Didn’t complain because you can’t notice it very easily but at a close up view you can see it.

Cheap garbage

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a bracelet over 7 months ago and never received it. Customer service repeatedly claimed that the item had been shipped multiple times, yet nothing ever arrived.
After months of back-and-forth, I was finally promised a refund about a month ago — which, unsurprisingly, I still haven’t received either.
At this point, it feels like empty promises with no real resolution. Very frustrating experience and I would not recommend ordering from them.

For this price I would expect something with better quality, the design is really good, but the quality is not there. This is clearly just hyped made by paid tiktok accounts. Just within 3 months of wear, the silver plating started to show a lot of scratches and to peel off in certain areas, showing a dark brownish colour. From the moment it arrived it had a few scratches and the box it came in has really poor quality, not even glued properly. For 120 euros I was expecting something with minimum quality. Do not buy it just because some influencer hyped it. It only looks good for a short period, all these good reviews are paid.

I ordered two bracelets to the UK. Hit with UPS import fees. They only mention USA import fees on their site and nowhere in their terms do they state fees are due. I refused the delivery and they received the product back on 1/4 and have been ignoring my emails asking for a refund. Shameful practice. Do not trust them or if you want to, order through a credit card so you can get your money back. I will be opening a charge back claim.
